She didn't worry. Until that day...

It was during the daylight, she was still not operational in parts and service. The cat lied against the wall next to the bear. The bear next to the bunny. The bunny next to the fox. And the fox next to the chicken. They occasionally looked to each other, listening for anything outside the caging metal door.

Then there was static...then a scream. Many screams echoed the pizzeria, adults and children alike. What had happened? The withers thought to themselves.

The mangle. A white and pink fox who had been torn apart by children. She was made a 'take apart and put back together' toy. It worked for a while...until today.

Today, August, 18th, 1987, the white and pink vixen bit a child. The cruel child got too close, and the mangle's mouth clamped down on the kid's frontal lobe. Poor kid...poor vixen...

The place closed due to parental complaints...many parental complaints. The withers, now coming out of parts and service, were having a heated discussion on the events that happened four days ago.

"We don't know what might happen, Chianne?!" The mangle cried, "What if I'm put out of commision, what if I'm scrapped?!"

The toy yellow chicken was rubbing what was left of her back, "It's going to be ok, Vix." Frederick sighed, looking to Bo, who was sitting next to Chianne.

Bo grumbled, "What if we're all scrapped, Vix, did you have to bite the kid?!"

"My jaw slammed down on command, Bo, I didn't mean to!" The mangle wailed, "I never wanted it to happen!"

"Everyone, calm down!" Mary shouted over the slew of voices arguing and crying. They looked to their mother for aid. Even having robotic faces, everyone looked concerned...frightened...and scared, "We're going to get through this."

"How, Mo- I mean, Miss Mary?" Frederick corrected himself, rubbing his hands through the shiny fluff at the top of his head.

"There are no guards tonight," The marionette responded, "I'll check the phone calls, everyone just stay here, relax." The slender puppet pushed herself away from the table and walked towards the guard office.

Silence stayed in the room. Balloon boy and Mellsey were told to play in the arcade, not wanting the younger toys to join in the adult's conversation.

"Wh-What do youuuu think th-their talking abo-o-o-u-t?" Cat Toy asked Balloon Boy, kicking her legs back and forth as the two sat on the mini pink carousel.

"I don't know..." He responded, "I heard Vixxy did something bad."

"Wh-What do youu me-mean?"

"Like, something that would be beyond a timeout," Balloon boy whined.

Mellsey's eyelid perked upwards, "Wo-ooooah, that's pr-pretty baaaad..."

"Yeah! I know right!"

Meanwhile, at the table, Freddy spoke up, "We can't tell the kids."

"Right," Bo sighed, "They're just kids."

Stillness brimmed the room, leaving everyone in despair. Chica got up from her table and said, "Well, I'm going walk around, relieve this tension."

"Mind if I walk with ye, lass?" Foxy asked, his usual rambunctious tone faltering, "I...I need to blow off some steam..."

"Sure, let's go," The two walked off and Bonnie then got up.
