This story starts from when Arnav and Khushi are arguing on Diwali. Khushi thinks Arnav is spoiling Aarav and in the heat of the argument Arnav tells Khushi that she can't earn a living because she isn't intelligent, has no confidence or courage to face the real world.
This is my take on how Anjali would've reacted if she heard her brother speaking like that to his lovely wife.
