This chapter is sloppy and not very good. I'm tired, cut me some slack.

The next day when jimin returned to school, he was acting weird. And very weird. When someone would slide him a note he wouldn't read it, leaving them to take the note back like they thought jimin didn't notice.

There was only one reason he could have been mad.

The hearing aid conversation.

He lied to jungkook. He wanted a hearing aid more than he wanted life. He never told anyone that he really wanted one so he could seem modest. He didn't like troubling people to talk to him, in fact, he hated it.

It took everything to hold that fact in that day during lunch.

Jungkook was lost in jimin, staring intently at the older as he gritted his teeth together in anger. He needed to tell someone.

A note from Hoseok was slid over to him. 'why do you look so mad..?' Hoseok was calm which made jimin comfortable with the gentle approach. Otherwise he would of lashed out.

Jimin let out a breath and paced himself for a moment. "if they can't take the deafness away from me then I might as well take myself from the deafness." Almost the entire lunchroom went silent. No one except jungkook had heard him speak so when he did it was beyond suprise.

Jimin sniffed a few times as if nothing had happened. He didn't know that everyone was staring and whispering about him. Jungkook nudged the boy and pointed towards the bathroom, signaling he wanted to speak with jimin. The two got up and entered the bathroom.

When they surpassed the threshold of the restrooms, jungkook immediately slapped jimin lightly across the arm. Jimin did nothing more but cough, he was still sick.

'you cant say things like that. They'll get worried!' jungkook wrote on a post it note and handed it to jimin. The older boy crept close to jungkook, getting on his nerves.

He stood on his tip toes just barely and kissed jungkook. No reason, he felt that it was right. After everything he did for him yesterday, and the fact that he cared enough to warn him about the others.

He pulled away after a short time, feeling dizzy from the lack of breath and him being congested and all. His face was beginning to lose color, and his eyes couldn't be ripped off of jungkook.

The younger boy saw him looking a little off so he came closer to him. "call someone.." jimin managed to say before he was left to sit on the bathroom tile, jungkook running out.

His chest was heaving and he couldn't breathe. He felt like something was stuck in his head that was blocking off all ways to breathe - it was terrifying.

When a teacher and jungkook ran into the bathroom in a pair he was coughing heavily, his hair swept over his head. Jimin tried to watch as the two conversated for a second, then jungkook picked him up.

He was brought to the nurse's office while the teacher had called someone which jimin guessed was an ambulance.

When jungkook set jimin down on the small sofa in the nurse's office he was breathing short, interuppted breaths, sobbing mercilessly. He was so scared in that moment. He had nothing he could do.

His breaths became shorter until evantually they were nothing more than quiet shrieks. He was desperately clasping his hands on jungkooks shirt. He was doing anything to distract himself.

Soon there was another person running into the nurse's office with them. Hoseok. They were just waiting for the nurse to come keep jimin alive - this was the last thing he needed.

Hoseok was talking to jungkook but jimin just layed back on the couch, tears streaming down his face as his breath screeched. Hoseok left when he realized the amount of pain jimin must have been in and he went to see where the nurse was.

It was seconds after Hoseok leaving when jimin buried his face in Jungkooks neck and tried to calm himself down. It was all he could do. Jungkook just held the boy, trying to comfort him.

Nothing really worked. He wasn't really breathing after all.

Soon a lady walked in the room and practically pryed jungkook off of jimin. When jimin was alone, face to face with the woman, choking on sobs, he just kind of freaked out. He ended up passing out and not waking up until he was in the hospital.

He was alone he thought. He didn't think anyone was in the room with him until he felt a really tight grip on his hand. The only other thing he could feel was a breathing mask on his face. He could barely open his eyes but he could just enough to see that the person next to him was jungkook, tears streaming down his cheeks.

He must've been on heavy medication because he could barely move. With all the energy he could possibly use he squeezed jungkooks hand back, drawing more tears from the younger.

He managed to turn over to face jungkook and watch him as he let every feeling he had inside of him out. He didn't understand why the boy in front of him was crying.

Jimin just wanted to go home.

-

Jungkook decided that he couldn't bare to leave jimin alone. He needed to be with him. What if something happened? He felt that maybe he could have bribed jimin to stay home that day and none of this would have happened.

So, when the two approached his front door, accompanied by his mother and father it was abundantly awkward. The entire group chose to ignore it though, and just open the door.

The second it opened jimin got on his knees and pet the ball of fluff that his cat was. He missed her so much. His cat was main priority.

He picked her up and ran to his room, almost tripping on his overly long sweatpants. Jimin seemed a little too excited for just having gotten out of the hospital.

Jungkook walked into the room to see jimin with a pretty calico cat in his crossed legs and a notebook atop it. He was writing something.

'jungkook.. when you left to go to the bathroom I was talking to my doctor and I might get something and I'm super excited and I don't know how to handle this.' this was the only occasion where jimins handwriting was sloppy. He was writing too fast for his own good.

When jungkook was done reading he pointed to his ear. Jimin knew what he was asking, and so he nodded calmly. The two hugged on it for a moment, more excited than they should of been.

"Fuck!" Jimin screamed aloud. He was excited and almost couldn't control what exited his lips. They both clenched their stomachs and laughed uncontrollably at Jimins choice of words.

Jimin calmed down and then held up his index finger, then running off. He came back with two glasses.

Jungkooks eyes widened in shock as the boy reached under his bed and pulled out his alcohol stash. He watched as Jimins chocalate eyes examined every bottle, his eyes stopping on a particular one that had 'Daepo' on the label.

Jungkook was suprised when he found out that jimin liked to drink, he was also suprised when he figured out about his alcohol stash. He was beyond suprised when this highschool kid pulled out champagne that costed more than his college tuition.

He poured a little bit of the liquid into each glass, careful not to put too much as he didn't want to be drunk. He handed one of the glasses to jungkook and sat down again.

Jimin looked jungkook in the eyes for a moment, their gaze locking with eachother. Jimin got up and slid this thumb over the part of the door knob that locked the door before walking over to jungkook and standing inbetween his thighs.

"When will we make things official..?" Jimin asked out loud. He hadn't spoken a full sentence comfortably in front of anyone in years so his voice cracked a little.

Jungkook reached over and grabbed a note card and a pen. 'now.' he scribbled on it. Jimin took it from him and flasked a toothy smile to the younger before he brought him in for a kiss.

"We should do this more often."
