It's been about... what, a year and a half since I came into this world?
Ugh, I feel so bored. Before you say it, no, I'm not feeling homesick. Nowhere near it.
I just feel like there's nothing to do. Actually, there's absolutely nothing to do in this place. "Menma!" I burst through his bedroom and jumped on his bed. "Menma! Menma!" I yelled. "Mmm..." Menma mumbled, angrily.
He took his pillow he was laying on and put it over his head. "Menma, wake up! Wake up!" I yelled. I grabbed another pillow and began hitting it over his sleeping figure over and over. "Men-ma! Men-ma!" I yelled every time I hit him with the pillow.
"Kitsune, I'm trying to sleep. What do you want?" He said from beneath the pillow. "I'm bored! And I wanna see what your village is like in this world!" I said, stopping my assault. "Village? The Leaf Village?" He asked with the pillow still over his head.
"Of course!" I answered. Even though his voice was muffled, I could still hear him and his sleepy voice. "Why do you wanna go there? I thought you hated humans?" Menma asked.
"This world is different from my world, right? Basically, the opposite. So, I wanna see how opposite it is. Let me see what it's like!" I practically begged.
"No way."
"What?! But why?!"
"Because I don't want to and I'm tired."
"Come on! Pretty please? I won't bother you anymore."
"I don't... mind if you bother me."
"What?"
"What?!"
Menma quickly sat up and looked at me as I noticed his whole face was red. "Menma, you're face in red." I informed. Menma's face turned into an even darker red and hid himself under the covers. "Huh?" A question mark hovered over my head in confusion.
'Eh. I think I'll brush that off for now.' I thought with a shrug. "Menma, take me to the village! I wanna see what it's like! Please, please, please, plea- Mmh!"
Menma threw the pillow at me, making me fall off the bed. "Fine. How about this?" Menma said. I took the pillow off my face and sat up. "I'm listening." I stated.
"Tomorrow, the Leaf Village will be holding a festival like they do every year. If it means that much to you, then we'll go to the festival so you can see how different this world is different compared to yours." Menma explained.
"Yay!" I jumped on Menma and hugged his neck. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I cheered. "You're welcome. Now, can I go back to sleep?" He asked as he pulled the blanket over his head. "Yeah, you can go back to sleep. I'm gonna go climb some trees." I informed.
Menma raised his hand and waved, like he was saying, "Do what you want." or "Whatever."
(The Next Day)
"Yes! Today's the day!" I cheered, childishly. Tonight is the night of the festival and I'm totally excited! "Menma! Come on, let's go! The festival's gonna start soon!" I called as I burst into his room. He was lying in bed, sound asleep. Or should I say was sound asleep.
"Menma, get up!" I yelled. "Kitsune, it's still early. Go back to bed." Menma mumbled, sleepily. "But what about the festival?!" I whined, pouting. "It doesn't start until later on tonight. Plus, the sun is still out, so they're probably just getting ready for tonight." He explained.
I sighed, disappointedly as my ears went down. "Then, what should I do until then?" I asked. "Did you eat?" Menma asked. "Yes." I answered."
"Did you train?"
