Chapter Nine: A Party Can Last Eternity

 "Aaaangle?"

Star's voice sounded faint and distant. But she was close to angel. Star looekd at her. Dana had found them dancing angel was else where but they found her. Dancing with a bunch of hybrids. Well from what dana could tell. They sat down close enough to keep an eye on her.

"You think we should be worried for her.?"

"No not yet at least. She seems safe around them. You know dante did say once her eyes glowed brigth icy blue. And only a hybrid's eyes glow like that. Well certain ones."

"Oh.. what kind."

"Usually a werewolf hybrid."

"Okay i am super confused werewolf isn't a hybrid."

"Yes and no."

"What do you mean yes and no."

"Well you see the only reason why there are hybrids is because they have powers. They are called hyrbrids because they don't need a full moon to change. Plus when htey change they don't chnage full werewolf, cat, or any animal that they are. That is why they are called hybrids."

"Oh that is pretty cool."

"Yeah the only think some don't want to be what they are. They see how normal people live and they want that kind of life. That is why they try and live normal. They only fight if their kind is in trouble. But if they are left alone they they are perfectly happy right where they are."

"Well then. So then angel is a hybrid. But she seem so normal."

"Well like i said her mother is pure human she she could be gifted or her dad was a hybrid. That would be the only way she has to be a hybrid. She was gifted or she was born that way and her dad is a werewolf hybrid to make her one."

"Well she told be that her dad died along time ago when she was born."

"Hmmm. Well werewolf hybrids are not easy to be killed soo."

"Soo what?"

"Either her father faked his death and left. Or he is really dead."

"Well that is another adventure after we find dante."

"Yeah but we are going to have to tell her sooner or later."

Dana and star watch angel as she danced around. Angel didn't look like she was ina trance. But she did look like she was out of it. Dana looked at her more then got up and grabbed her by the arm. And angel just stoppe dand shook her head.

"Wow what happened?"

"Wait what you mean you didn't know what you where doing?"

"I remember dancing and when did you get here.?"

"Awhile ago."

"Oh...."

"Yeah so i am guessing this place is some kind of trap for hybrids."

"Hybrids?"

"I will tell you later okay."

When dana grabbed her arm and pulled her outside it was like a wave of reality just hit them in the face. Star blinked her eyes then looked at dana.

"Huh?"

"What?"

"When did i get here i was with drake."

"Well then something happened cause you where just talking to me. And it looks like we where in there for a long while."

"What do you mean.?"
