Life is hard
Not some pretty little greeting card
Many get it real bad
But what's the point
When you're just gonna be sad
Listen, life tests you
'Till you're old
Since your youth
Life gives you lessons to learn
And a whole lot of
Knowledge to earn
One who advantages from them
Has built himself
A very strong stem
For they who choose to ignore
Will perish
Forevermore
Those who live on lux and fluff
Know that you won't
Always have that stuff
For life takes,
Just as it gives
If you want to survive,
Learn to live.
