What is love
All I know is
It's a beast that hurts us
Some say it's ecstacy
For me it's merely wanting
Something out of reach desperately
Something that's too good to be true
And too true to be a lie
Some say
love's a waste of time
Some say
Love's just a sweet crime
I say
If you wanna get hurt
Fall in love
Give someone all your trust
They say
Love is immense happiness
For me
Love and sadness
Mean the same
They try to make me trust them again
But honestly I think that's all lame
'Cause once you're betrayed
By someone
Who you thought would've stayed
You just don't have
enough strength left
To cave in
but the only choice's to be deft
In your ways to handle people
To tell who cares
To make out the fake
To make sure
That your heart never again is sore
Love strengthens some
Love weakens some
But never does it
Leave any single one
