Ever went through
Those days
When you just
Wanna cry your
Troubles away
You don't even know
What caused the dismay
But you're just annoyed with
Anyone who crosses your way
You just wanna
Be left alone
But no-one understands
And your heart's weighed down
By a million stones
You can't register
Anything that goes on
You just know
You're hurt
You just remember
All the wrong things
In your life, from your past
All the shadows on you
That they cast
Ever went through those times
When you wanna talk to someone
But no-one seems approachable,
Your secrers suffocate you
And everything's fearsome
There're a million problems
But you can't,
Can't talk about them to anyone
You just can't
Let anyone in
Ever went through those days
When you're either too scared
Or you think
For you no-one ever cared
You can't be able to
Trust anyone with anything
And that just
Makes your life harder
Being alone,
Having no-one to counsel you
Even if that's because
Of your own doings
Ever went through those times
When you just can't,
Can't formulate any
Sane thoughts
You just can't
Stop yourself
From isolating
Yourself from everyone,
From the world
