His story

He lives on the streets
In life, he begs for something sweet
Every day he kisses the hard ground goodnight
For him, never is a good thing in sight
But oh, bless his heart
For he thinks of his life as a wrecked but beautiful art
All he asks for is mercy from Him
Some say his chances of survival are slim
But all that he prays, all that he hopes
He believes one day will be in his scope
Patience, faith, take it from him
Even in the darkest hours, never does his light dim
All that he goes through
Never does it stop him from looking through
For he is as strong as he can be
And he appreciates life even if horrible it is
This strong-willed soul can never get old
For through many lives does he mould
By everyone, is his story said
And in these stories, an eternal life of lessons is led:
Patience, faith, appreciation
Love for life, loving every creation
