Chapter 7: Adriana's Arrival

Jayda Gamble:

Ayy! My lil sis had her baby yesterday. I can't wait to go see my niece Adriana. I got the news while in class and screamed so loud the class started laughing. Today after or during my break from work, Brooke and I will go see them in the hospital.

>> The Bedroom

Jayda: "Hey babe! (calling KG)

KG: "Yeah."

Jayda: "I'm proud of you."

KG: "For what?"

Jayda: "Simone...Uh...Duh."

KG: "I didn't do much, I practially panked the whole time."

Jayda: "Yup Mel told me. But you still did a good job."

KG: "I did I guess."

Jayda: "Did Prince really cry."

KG: "Yes and I remembered Ray saying Mitch!"

Jayda: "Aww, well they did a good job."

KG: "Yup."

Jayda: "Okay let me go get DJ." (leaves)

>> In DJ's room

Jayda: "DJ (turning on the lights) Baby come here."

DJ: "Mommy..my head hurts."(crying)

Jayda: "I know baby, I know we're going to the doctor. (dressing DJ)

Trisha: "Good morning you two."(walks in)

DJ: "TeTe!!(runs to Trisha)

Trisha: "You saw me all day yesterday."(laughs)

Jayda: "I'm a take him to the doctor."

Trisha: "Yeah he seems hot."

Jayda: "After that KG will drop him home for you, when I go to work."

Trisha: "No problem."

KG: "Babe you ready?" (grabs the keys)

Jayda: "Okay, Trisha he'll be back." (leaves)

Trisha: "Alright, feel better lil man." (goes into twins room)

(KG and Jayda's room)

>> 2 hrs. later

Jayda Gamble:

Aww my lil munckin has a fever, so I decided to call in and stay home with my baby. Its a good thing mama Trisha is back, she'll make some good island medicine for DJ. Than later I'll go see Simone and lil Adriana in the hospital.

>> At Home

Jayda: (dialing Mel) "Hello."

Mel: "Hey girl wassup?"

Jayda: "Nothing much, DJ has a fever so I decided to say home today."

Mel: "Aww poor baby.... Well I'm with the girl group, so I'll talk to you later."

Jayda: "Oh okay than." (hangs up)

>> Roc's House

KG: (knocks door) "Hey wassup?"

Roc: "Sup come on in."

KG: "Hi Kiloni."

Roc: "Would you like a beer?" (in the kitchen)
