Holly just sat there as I waited for her answer.

"I don't have a job," she said.

"That's okay. You can't work for a few months after birth any ways," I informed her.

"Okay. Thank you Jennifer. Thank you so much." She said as she hugged me. I hugged her back as she started crying.

"Oh Holly, don't cry!"

*Two days later*

I opened the front door and was greeted by Vern.

"Hey there!" I said as I ruffled her ears. "This here is Holly," I said pointing to Holly. "And this is Sarah. Holly let me show you to your room, and then I'll show you Sarah's." I guided her to her room.

"Oh this is beautiful Jennifer! You have a very lovely home!"

"Why thank you. It's only me and Vern, so it's pretty tidy." I showed her to Sarah's room. Sarah's room was pink, and it had everything that a baby would need. That included dipers, a crib, a changing table, binkies, bibs, burb rags, a rocking chair, formula, bottles, and blankets.

"Did you buy all of this?" Holly asked astonished.

"Yeah I did a little shopping. You didn't have anything so I bought some stuff." I said shrugging.

"Thank you" she said as she put Sarah in her new crib.

"It's nothing. Are you hungry?" I asked her.

"Yes I'm famished." She said as she followed me to the kitchen. I made us both a sandwich and we sat at the dining room table. I gave half of mine to Vern and Holly ate hers. I gave her the rest of the house tour.

"So that's the house. You are free to use anything. What's mine is yours." I said smiling.

"Thank you."
