( this pic doesn't have to do with the chap but....😏👍 yeah )

Kageyama's POV

I cringed internally after telling Hinata that he'd have to buy the cat supplies. I mean technically he did because I only had enough for one cat, and there's gonna be two. My eyes followed his back as he walked away from me and to his bedroom. He even took the kitten.

I sighed and picked myself off the floor. I walked to my room, grabbed my shoes and put them on. I left the house, locked the door behind and went to my Mom's.

I drove about a half an hour before arriving at Mom's house. I turned off the engine and opened the door to climb out.  I stepped onto the sidewalk, and walked up the pathway to her house. I started wondering what Tsukki was up to nowadays. Probably moving into his dorm, and being salty like his ass normally is. He doesn't know when to stop his salty ass. I stepped onto the porch, and rang the doorbell. I heard a crash and then the door banged open.

" Hi, Mom." She gasped and hugged me. I struggled for breath under her strong grasp, but I soon hugged back. She let's go of me.

" So you decided to visit me or do you want Yuri?" She grinned. I laughed and looked at her like obviously-my-cat-but-also-you. Mom shook her head and sighed.
" Your cat is so fat sometimes. Whenever I say the word pork, he's at my side in an instant." She laughs as my black cat came running. He meowed and looked up expectantly. I chuckled. I sat down on the ground and he climbed into my lap, purring as I scratched him behind his ears.

" I'll make you pork when we get home if you go silently." I whispered into Yuri's ear, and gestured to the cat cage I brought with me. He glared at me with his honey brown eyes and stalked to the cage. Mom looked at me with a look that I couldn't comprehend.

"So...do you have a roommate? Hmm?" She asked, a glint in her eye.

"Uh....maybe." I looked away, uncomfortable with the way Mom was looking me. She laughed to herself and then said, " What are they like?"

I sighed and then proceeded to tell her about Hinata. " He is super happy, I guess you could say, he has orange hair, is frickn loud sometimes. And overall annoying." Mom arched her eyebrow. She knew almost everything or everyone was annoying to me, so when I said that it wasn't a surprise.

"Where's Yuri's stuff?" I ask, closing his cage and standing up. She gestured to the back room, not showing it to me because u already knew. I walked over to the back room and grabbed his stuff, all of it ready to go because I had told Mom yesterday that u would be coming to get him. I walked out, to the front door, grabbed Yuri's cage, and yelled "Bye, Mom!" as I left.

" Bye Tobio! Come again soon so we can discuss this Hinata character!" I rolled my eyes and left.

I unlocked the door, and walked into the dorm to find a speakers blaring a song and Hinata and the kitten dancing to the beat.

I can make your hands clap!

Hinata stopped dancing and started clapping his hands to the beat. And then resumed dancing. All while the kitten is wiggling around him. Hinata had his eyes closed and was lip syncing. I shook my head and went to my room. Setting down the cage, I sat on my bed after letting out Yuri. He ran around my room sniffing everything. The music was turned down slightly as a slower song came on. Yuri suddenly looked at me expectantly. I signed and got up.

" Come on." I opened the door and he shot out, straight to Te kitchen. He attacked the kitten. I shook my head again. I heard a girlish squeal, and the meow of my cat. I walked in the kitchen and and saw Hinata with two cats on his lap, petting them as they swatted at each other.

I cleared my throat and they all looked up at me. Hinata blushed.

"Uh...hi?" He squeaked out. Yuri stretched, and padded slowly over to me, letting his body rub against the side of the island.

"Hi." I said, and grabbed a pan. I looked through the fridge and grabbed the package of pork. "Do you like pork?" I asked. Hinata nodded.

I nodded back and turned on the oven. I pulled out a glass pan, and filled the bottom of the pan with water. The water was about a third of the way up the pan. I took out the pieces of pork, rubbed some spices on them, and set them in the pan. I covered the pan with aluminum foil, and waited for the oven to beep, saying that it was done preheating.

"So..." I awkwardly say.

"Uh. Yeah...?" Hinata says back.

"So what's up." I ask, curious as to what he'd answer the question with.

"The sky. But also they ceiling. Its a curious thing, really. Why have a ceiling when you already have a roof? And that question is a trick question because you could have so many different answers. The ceiling, the roof, the sky or you could answer about how your day went..." Hinata's voice trailed off, and he looked like he had spaced out, staring past me.

Yuri bounces over to me, and starts yelling at me to pick him up. I bend down swiftly, grab my kitty and run away with another cat chasing me. I laugh, because this is great.

(Hinata's POV)

I had spaced out again. This defiantly not the first time I've spaced out, but I was just rambling on and on about ceilings! Friggin embarrassing.

By the time I un-space out, (idk...just go with it XD) Kageyama is running around the living room and his bedroom with two cats chasing him. Viktor, as I decided to call my new cat, is chasing him and swiped at his foot, causing him to squeal. I felt giggles welling up, and I couldn't stop them from coming out.

Kageyama's head snapped up, and looked at me giggling my head off, and laughed with me. Just a giant grin popped onto his face and he tipped his head back slightly and laughed. It was a huge laugh, one that could take up an entire room. But it didn't do just that, no. It took up the entire dorm room, and made me super fuckin happy.
