Deniese's POV
Nakita kong ganun din ang ginawa nila. Habang pinapanuod kami ng iba.
If I know, I have never seen a signal jammer before. But I know its like a device in the shape of a rectangular cube.
At least we tried to search for it.
I thought of the idea na ganto ang group para couples won't be able to work together.
If we are looking for more than one killer, I strongly feel it will be at least a couple.
And for every area, we will exchange groups.
I thought for this as to put the killer to a situation that I might be able to catch him/her, or them.
We searched under the beds, on the corners, both top and side of the room.
We did everything.
Every inch of our room, swept clear. No signal jammer was found.
"We found none." sabi ni Carl.
"Sige, let's go to the second room." Sabi ni Kim.
"Wait!" I said.
"We are still not done." Dugtong ko.
"You mean..." Cindy asked.
"We searched the room but not everything. We haven't checked--" I said.
"Our bags." Dagdag ko.
"Our bags??" Parang nagulat na sabi ni Cindy. "It's invasion of privacy." She said with crossed arms.
"Invasion of privacy?? Seriously Cindy??" Said Kim, yung tingin nya kay Cindy.
No, this isn't good.
"Yes, invasion of privacy. I-N-V-A-S-I-O-N-O-F-P-R-I-V-A-C-Y. Quite clear di ba??" Pasinghal na sagot ni Cindy.
The way she spelled it, it's insulting.
Pero mukhang di naapektuhan si Kim. She even laughed sarcastically.
She said with an eyebrow raised, "Yeah, you're smart. But I am accurate in hearing and in spelling. The thing is, is it really invasion of privacy Cindy?? Or..."
No, Kim. No.
Don't.
".... maybe you are hiding something? Just as what a killer would do." Dugtong ni Kim
Aish, dapat di na nya sinabi yun.
Things are starting to complicate.
I know Cindy, ayaw nyang hinahawakan ng ibang tao ang gamit nya. I understand why she is like that.
Ugali nya na yun, we've been friends for long.
But hey, parang suspicious naman talaga yun.
I have to clear this out.
"Kim, stop. Cindy, I am not doubting you. And I'm doing this for you. Let us see your bag. Alam kong you hate it when other people touch your things. But you know we should, in order to trust you more. Can you at least trust me, Cindy??"
I seriously, calmly asked.
"Cindy, I think you should. Don't worry. If Niese finds something, I won't doubt you. The killer will surely give false evidences pointing to other people somehow.", Carl assured her. Habang hawak nito ang balikat ni Cindy.
"I'm hiding nothing, there's no need to check my bag." Firmly said by Cindy.
"But Cind--" naputol na sabi ni Carl.
