"Wait, where is the 'pretty' parent and her child?" thinks Blish.
Blish goes to ask other parent about the direction of Jack went to.
"Well, I didn't pay attention to your son, I'm sorry." says the parent.
"Never mind, thank you." says Blish.
Blish goes outside to look if Jack went out. Blish sees vehicles, people, and buildings but not his son. Blish turns around and sees someone sits on Jack's seat.
"Wait, isn't this..."
Blish touches the boy's shoulder.
"Hey."
Well it is Jack, obviously.
"Yes?" says Jack.
"Where did you go?" asks Blish.
"Toilet." answers Jack.
"Didn't I tell you that..." says Blish angrily with his voice raised.
He pauses and notices other people are looking at him.
"Sorry." says Blish.
He continues.
"That you sit here and don't move?" whispers Blish.
"I couldn't endure." says Jack.
"Never mind." says Blish and gives out a sigh.
Blish takes out his phone from his pocket and proceed to surf the Internet with it. Meanwhile Jack reads his book. No conversation anymore.
"Jack Rounder." says the receptionist.
Jack puts down his book and walk towards the interview room.
"Son, good luck." says Blish.
Jack enters the interview room. The wall is green in colour. The floor is filled with white tiles. There is an air-conditioner on the ceiling. The temperature of the room is quite comfortable for humans. There are 3 teachers sitting together. Jack sees the teachers and bows to them.
"Good morning teachers." greets Jack.
The teachers smiled and nodded.
"Have a seat." one of the teachers says.
Jack sits on the plastic chair. There is some distance between the teachers and Jack. Jack looks at them. The atmosphere is tense.
"What do you know?" one of the teachers asks.
"I know how to speak, listen and write." answers Jack.
The teachers discuss among themselves. After some discussion, they nod their head and an agreement is achieved.
"You have passed!" say the teachers together.
"Thank you." says Jack.
"You may leave now." says one of the teachers.
"Thank you." says Jack.
Jack stands up and bows to them. He leaves the room happily.
"Why it ends quickly?" asks Blish.
"They just asked one question and it ends." says Jack while grinning.
"Wow." says Blish.
Blish goes to the receptionist desk.
"We can leave, right? I see others left too." Blish asks the receptionist.
"Yes, we will contact you few days later." says the receptionist.
"Alright, thank you." says Blish.
Blish brings Jack into his car. They fasten their seat belts and Blish starts his car.
"So what has happened?" asks Blish.
"They asked a question, I answered it and I passed." answers Jack.
"Really?" Blish doubts.
"Yes." says Jack.
"Strange, others took some minutes to complete the interview, yet he only just took 1 minute. Why they only ask 1 question?" thinks Blish.
