10: Fighting For

Someone's P.O.V

Perfect timing, I saved my friend from Levi's attack. That was really close.

"Two people ganging up on me huh, interesting."

Levi said with a smirk on his face. As usual he always have this kind of attitude.. I wanted to face him through, but my time here is done.

"Heh. Tough guy. Sorry man, but your not worthy of my time." -me

"What did you say you damn brat?!" -Levi

"Didn't you hear me? I said you're not worthy of my time. You're weak."

Levi smirked on what I said

"Do you even know what you are talking about kid? Do you even know who I am?" -Levi

"I do. You're the Humanity's Strongest Soldier, Levi Ackerman." -me

Levi just scoffed

"Yes, you are the humanity's strongest soldier. But in my eyes you are not strong enough nor worthy of my time." -me

"Oh really?" -Levi

"I don't know what the other people think of you. But for me, you're nothing but a coward. I don't get why people call you THE STRONGEST." -me

"The hell?!" -Levi

"You piss me off.. What kind of soldier are you? Is your job only killing the titans? What about the other people? Shouldn't that be your job to protect them as well? And what about the soldiers, isn't your job is to also protect them?" -me

"The hell's wrong with you?" -Levi

"You're a coward. All you ever care is your pride and image. " -Me

It's not like I have a grudge on Levi but.. I have to say this to him..

"My main job is to assassinate the titans. It doesn't matter to me if the other soldiers die.. They died because of their duty to protect humanity. So who are you to talk? Those soldiers who died. They chose that path. They already know what will happen to them, you cannot blame me nor anyone." -Levi

Levi's words and eyes were as cold as ice.

"You never ran out of excuses Levi. And did you just said 'To protect the humanity'? Where? Where is your so called humanity? The humanity that lived here inside the walls? -Me

I could see that Levi was pissed by what I said.

"Even the Humanity's strongest Soldier cannot save a certain person." I murmured

"What on Earth are you murmuring around? Hey, If you want to fight, fight. I have no time for your nonsense talk." -Levi

"Who are you fighting for?" -me

"Huh" -Levi

"You cannot even save 'her'.. But instead, you threw her like garbage. After everything she did to you.." -me

"You know what, I had enough with your blabbering mouth." -Levi

Just when Levi was about to attack, I quickly grabbed the smoke bomb on my pocket and threw it in front

*Area covered with smoke*

"Hey, Let's go." I said to my friend

"Yeah, we should. Before he'll do something." He replied

The both of us escaped and went far away from the walls

"Hey, aren't you giving a lot of clues to him awhile ago? You know how clever that guy is. What if he'll recognize us?"

"As if. He doesn't even know us. He don't even know that our place exist. Even if they will hire the best men in finding any evidence, they still can't find us." -me

"I hope so. We better return to our village, and report each and every detail."

"Yeah." -me

And so, we returned to our village.
