Kami's POV

I woke up the next morning to find myself in a pile of blankets on the floor and Sting and Lector sound asleep on the bed.

'He must've kicked me off.' I thought, irritated. I got up and went to the bathroom to get my clothes the I had on the day before.

I filled the bathtub with water and put my clothes in it to get the dirt and stuff off.

After about 10 minutes, I used my air magic to lift them out of the tub and dry them.

I got dressed and brushed my hair. I walked out of the bathroom and found Sting whimpering and feeling around the bed with his hand.

I went over, kissed the tip of his nose, and he woke up. "Morning sweetie!" I said, sweetly. "Morning babe." Sting said as he stretched.

I put my shoes on and went downstairs to find Rogue in the kitchen, cooking with Frosch.

"Good morning Rogue." I said as I sat down at the kitchen table. His attention snapped away from the food he was making, to me. He looked very shocked to see me. "Sleep well?" I asked and smiled at him.

"Good morning, Kami. I didn't know you were here." He said and went back to the food. "Yeah, Sting let me stay the night. I hope that's okay." I said. He nodded. "It's fine. I made pancakes."

A few minutes later, he gave me a plate with light, fluffy pancakes on it with butter and syrup. I cut off a piece and popped it in my mouth. "Wow, Rogue. These are the best pancakes I've ever had!" I exclaimed. He chuckled. "Thank you."

A few minutes later, Sting and Lector came in. Sting picked up a plate of pancakes. As he sat down, he started to shove all of it into his mouth.

"Kami, Rogue, Frosch...Lector and I have made a decision." He said as he finished eating. "Kami will be moving in immediately."

"What?!?" Rogue and I yelled. "You heard me." Sting said with a stern expression. "Kami, Lector, and I will go over to her apartment and get her stuff."

"Sting, you can't just force Kami to move in with us. She has to choose too you know!" Rogue said, exasperated.

"Why exactly?" I asked Sting. He leaned over the table and gave me a quick kiss on the lips.

"So that I can keep you safe." He said quietly, keeping his face close to mine.

"I'm not a child. I can take care of myself." I said. "I know, I know. I just want to make sure." He said.

"If this is about what happened with Lizzy, I could've taken her down. Future Delaney got in my way is all." I mumbled.

"You don't want to move in with us, Kami-chan...?" I looked down and saw both Lector and Frosch staring up at me with puppy dog eyes.

'Don't look into the eyes, Kami.' I mentally screamed at myself. But ultimately, I was no match for the combined power of cute.

"Alright. I'll move in with you guys." I said. "Yay! Thank you, Kami-chan!" They both cheered.

"But, you do know that Delaney and Ross aren't going to let me go easily." I smirked at Sting.

"Meh. I can handle them." He shrugged. "I wouldn't be so confident. The last time Delaney thought someone was trying to take me away, Natsu and Gray couldn't stand up straight for a month." I said.

Sting gulped. "W-what did she do...?" He asked, scared. I smirked. "It hurts just to think about it."

I stood up and walked towards the door. "But if your so eager to get this done, let's go." I said and walked out.

TIMESKIP

There I was, in the middle of two yelling dragon slayers and exceeds. I sat on the love seat, Ross on the couch, Sting and Delaney yelling at each other across the coffee table, and Lilith and Lector yelling at each other under their respective dragon.

Sting said that it would be safer for me to stay with him, and I could easily fly back to Fairy Tail for work. That was his argument.

Delaney said there was no way in hell she was going to lose another member of Team Storm to Sting (the first being Skyquake). That was her argument.

"Delaney, she'll be okay. Your not her mother." Sting said and rolled his eyes. "Yeah!" Lector agreed.

"I firmly believe Kami can take care of herself, but I'm not okay with Kami being in a house with two male dragon slayers." Delaney said. "Yeah!" Lilith agreed.

"But your dating Rogue! And if he tried anything with my Kami, I'd punch him in the face." Sting argued, reaching back to hold my hand.

"That doesn't matter. I not okay with this, Ross isn't okay with this, thus it's not going to happen." Delaney said, firmly.

"Laney, if I may." Ross said, sitting up straight on the couch. "It's time for our little Milly-bird to fly away and grow. We've done our job. It's Sting's job now." He said calmly.

"Milly?" Sting looked back at me and smirked. "D-don't call me that!" I whined with a blush on my face.

Delaney looked down sadly at Lilith. "I-I guess..." Laney looked to me. "Kami, if you really want to move in with Sting, I'm not going to stand in your way."

I nodded and smiled at her. "Thank you."

"But, Sting." Delaney focused her killer dragon slayer stare on him. "If you do anything to hurt her or her feelings, you will never see the light of another day. This isn't a threat, it's a promise. A promise that Team Storm and Fairy Tail make to you." She said, a dark aura forming around her.

Sting nodded slowly with wide eyes. "Y-yes, ma'am." He said.

"Ross, Lilith. Could you two go get Kami's stuff all packed up?" Delaney asked, snapping her fingers. They both nodded and went upstairs.

"That wasn't so bad." Sting said as he sat back and wrapped an arm around my shoulder. "Yeah, I'm surprised how easy that was." I admitted.

"Your not leaving Fairy Tail. I'll still see you. Now if this was with Natsu or Gray..." Laney smirked. I shivered under her evil face.

Believe me or not, Delaney can be as scary as Erza or even Mira when she wants to be. And the three of them together... the human race would not survive.

Ross and Lilith came down with my stuff after a few minutes and I had to say goodbye.

"Bye, Lilith. I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" I said to her. She nodded and saluted me. I returned the salute and turned to Ross. "Bye, Rossy." He and I hugged. "Your always welcome to come back if things don't work out." He whispered to me. "I know." I giggled.

Finally, to Delaney. She handed me my sword and I attached it to my back. "Be careful, eat your vegetables, don't stay out after midnight-" She went on. "Laney, enough. What happened to you not being my mother?" I said and hugged her.

"It's my job as team leader to worry." She chuckled as she hugged me back. "See you tomorrow?" She said with a worried tone.

"And the day after that, an so on." I reassured her.

And with that, Sting and I carried my stuff back to his apartment.
