The wolves were at their beginnings.
There were no mates nor a pack system.
How did they get those?
The gods of beginning decided that the wolves got their own perks, and their own system. They thought and thought, finally coming out a concept; Soulmates.
Two souls would be together one. Soulmates would know that they belong to each other the moment their eyes meet.
The gods wanted to try this, so the wolves could prosper. They choose two souls that would complement and conflict with each other, and merged them.
Little did they know, that they created a whole new start. And that Werewolf history would only go from there.
Their story may be forgotten, but the legacy they left behind will not be.
