Sabah pushed open the double doors with her gloved hands and walked out into the white, brightly lit hallway with her team of scientists walking behind her. Her hands reached up to her face to make sure her procedure mask was on. Her white lab coat matched the other scientists, along with their masks, which were white, while hers was blue.
They briskly walked down the hallway until Sabah made a hand sign to signal them into a room on their right. The team walked into the room, which looked alike to the hallway, being also brightly lit and white. The room was square, with a station at the back that you could see when walking in. There were many buttons and controls on the panel, and several flat screens above. Sabah lead the team of scientists, directing them to look at different screens and control different parts of the panel. Her assistant, Chan, a large dark man who usually took care of the lab's subjects, stood next to her controlling and pressing different buttons as she spoke.
"You have many options ma'am", Chan said. He was also the only one who didn't wear a lab coat or mask, he choose not to wear them, since he was also the only one who didn't perform the surgery on the patients, who were usually referred to subjects.
"Yes, I know", Sabah replied.
"Well?"
"Hmh, that one", she said, pointing to a young boy on the screen, who seemed to be buying a hotdog on the street corner.
"Okay, I'll get as much information as I can from his files, along with the other subjects".
"Hmm", Sabah said, thinking. "I like her, get her. She has some deeming qualities".
"Okay, got it". Sabah grinned, things were going her way. She will be the first scientist to perform such extreme experiments on people, and have them for herself, to start a new race of super humans, and become famous. She'll be able to start a new way of government, and hopefully be the lead of it all. It is illegal, but when everyone sees the finished product, they'll join her. They will have an army of super genetic humans, and the country will be forever undefeatable and she will go down as the most powerful woman ever to live. And, if she could try hard enough, be the first world leader. She was confident.
"Team, remember! Pick subjects who show deeming qualities and who you think that I would like, not only for your personal choosing, so keep up!" Sabah announced. The scientists nodded and went back to choosing.
Now, she and the others were not planning to have them all arrive at once, but rather, one at a time. And of course, they were arriving by force.
The subjects were targeted to be ages 12-22, younger and their bodies couldn't handle some of the the painful and harsh experiments, older and they wouldn't be able to adapt as well, as in too many may not be good listeners. Sabah also knows many subjects will die from the experiments, as they are experiments and many may be too much for their bodies to bare. The ones who do survive with the effects of the experiments, live in the large building, training, getting stronger, and being "tamed" until they can be introduced to the public and become like living trophies. Money-wise, Sabah is the first trillionaire from curing cancer, many other diseases, solving global warming, discovering a secret continent that was hidden by another country, and inventing and making an affordable shaving cream which keeps the hair from growing back permanently, so they shouldn't have too much of problem if nothing goes wrong.
Everything from here on though, will go down inhistory as the biggest event anyone has ever known.
**So I do know that this is a little wonky and -off- since I didn't have "elite" writing skill a year ago, but I've been writing this book for nearly a year near and I've only got 100 pages but I've started a small project to give me more motivation and faster writing so I'll be posting that on here as well, but enjoy AND CREDIT TO THE ARTIST OF THE BEAUTIFUL PIECE THAT I HAVE FOR THE COVER AS OF NOW. Also, another note, im considering whether or not to completely start over with a different version of this, and that would make a third time of starting the same story over. I don't know whether or not I like it or if other people like and if i could do something better with it**
