Chapter 2

[Jade's POV]

I finally got them, the tickets. After months of doing chores and saving money. Since i've known that the band Black Veil Brides was coming to my hometown I had to go to the concert. The day finally arrived i am so happy. I was going to get ready soon. Just feeding the last few horses, then taking a quick shower and then off to the concert. I was going alone to the concert because none of my friend actually like BVB. I do love my friends but they don't like the same music as i do.

I was ready to go and got on my motorcycle on my way there i had to cross this busy crossroad. I think because of the concert there was more traffic than normal. Suddenly there was a light that was coming from the right and a car horn. The lights were coming closer and the horn was getting louder. I couldn't go faster and then it happened.

I shoot up. It was just a dream, that scared the shit out of me. I guess that the horn was my alarm or something like that. Luckely the part of the concert wasn't fake. I bought my ticket a few days ago and i have to do extra chores to be able to go, but everything for my favorite band. When i looked at the time it was 7:15 time to get ready.

My father is getting older and isn't able to look after the horses as he did before. So I promised him that I would work at the farm in excange for my own little place and a little money. My sisters went to the city because they can actually sit still and work on something for more than 20 minutes. That is something they got from our mother she does the paperwork of the farm. Me and my dad were always working with our hands.

After i got ready and ate breakfast I went to the stables and opened the doors all horses sarted neighing, "I'm coming" i said. After i fed them all i got the pregnant horses in the paddock and the rest in the big field. I started gettig the horse i was going to ride ready. It was a beautifull Friesian, they ride amazing. This one was about 4 years now and I was getting it ready to be sold. One of the pregnand horses was about to give birth to a cute little foal.

When all the stables where clean i went to my parends house and to see if they needed anything from the store. They didn't need a lot so i could go on my motorcycle. When i drove into the city i saw Black Veil Brides posters everywhere. In the store i saw my best friend Luke,

"hey Luke" I said.

"hay Jade how are you? I haven't seen you in a while"

"yeah I've been kind of busy at my dad's farm and with the horses" I said.

"are you going to the concert?" he asked,

"yeah I asked my parents if they could miss me for the afternoon and they said yes but only if I did extra work" I told him.

"I hope you have fun but I gotta run, still have to do a lot" he said as he waved and walked away.

It was nice catching up with him. Since I am working on my dad's farm I don't see my friends so often anymore.

When i got back at the farm it was lunch time and I walked into my parents house greeted the dog and sat at my parents kichen table grabed a few slices of bread. Working does make you hungry. When my father came sitting at the table too he asked me why I wanted to go to that concert anyway. My dad never understood mu love for bands and everything that wasn't real like movies and books. At first that was hard to take but after five years or something like that i got used to it. After we were done eating i went outside to the shed where nobody ever came and trew my food back up.

*time skip to the evening*

Me and my parents just ate dinner, after i trew up I was getting the horses inside. The time was like 7 in the evening and i was getting really tired. I always used to like it when I had to put the sweat alarm on the high pregnand horse. A sweat alarm is a sensor that detects liquid on a horse so when it is starting to give birth to the foal an alarm goes of in my room and I can help the horse. After that I closed the doors and said goodnight to the horses. By that time it was already dark and I was walking back to my house. When I am alone I love to sing even tough I can't really sing, it can do no harm if no one hears it.

When i got inside and took off my shoes and went to my room. I got my pyjama's and went to the bathroom and hopped in the shower. after i got out it was almost 9 and turned on my laptop. I went to Spotify and put my black veil brides playslist on.

After i listened to the songs I became really tired and went to bed.

*Jade's dream*

when i arrived at the concert i got to the front and waited for it to start. When they ran up stage everybody starded screaming. That always annoyed me like do you want those guys deaf or something. They starded playing and sang DRAG ME TO THE GRAVE and everybody started singing along. When they starded playing Lost it all everybody became silent and grabbed their phones and turned their flashlights on. And then out of nowhere Ashley asked me to the stage to make a video of the amazing view they had on stage. The bodyguards helped me on stage and I starded filming. After a while the song was over and they asked my name and asked if i could place the video on my social media. They had me tell my insagram name so everyone could follow me.
