chapter 12

[Jade's POV]

I went to pick up the guys at the bar. When i arrived i saw Jinxx standing in front waving at me, when i got out he said he needed help getting the guys in the car because he was the only one a little sober. 

I walked in to the bar where i was waiting for Jinxx to get CC off the dance floor. A guy pretty drunk came sitting next to me "So what can i buy this pretty girl" he said. "Just a fanta lemon" I said trying to be nice even though i wantedto walk out of there like crazy. "Why don't you drink a little with more percentage" he said with a slur in his voice. "No I have to take my friends home"

I drank my fanta lemon and wanted to stand up to look if i could help Jinxx because it was taking him very long. "No don't go" the guy said toutching my butt. I turned around and punching him in the face. I heard a few people gasp and laugh, i guess they didn't expect such a powerfull punch from a girl.

I walked onto the dancefloor looking for Jinxx, CC, Andy and Ashley not spotting them at first a group of guys came up to me. "You hurted a friend of ours" the frontman said. Me not onowing what they were talking about i looked past them trying to look for my friend. Seeing the guy I punched earlier. "Well I'm sorry but he shouldn't have touched my butt" I said. "But the one who hurts ours friend gets hurt" the second guy said. "That is well said" the front man said and launched a fist at my face. He hit me and pretty hard I stepped a little back with my right foot and recovering my balance, I turned 90 degrees to the right and walked away looking for the guys.

I finally found ash trying to get him away from the girls. "Come on ash we need to go home and we can't take the girls because there is no place in the truck" I said trying to get him to come with me. After five minutes of trying he finally came with me. When we walked up to the truck I saw Jinxx standing there with CC in his hand and Andy on the floor looking at them probably trying to not lose them again. I unlocked the car and Jinxx looked up and nodding at me.

Ten minutes later we finally got them in the car and buckled in like little children, we got in ourselves and drove home. When we got home I checked on the horses and went inside seeing Jake and Jinxx took care of the guys. I said goodnight to them and went in my room.

The next morning. I woke up the next morning and the left side of my face hurted a little. I walked into the bathroom and looking into the mirror I saw that my whole left cheek and a part of my eye was blue. Too lazy to cover it up because it was early I just got dressed and did the chores in the stables.

When I came inside I realised Jake wasn't on the couch. Getting pretty hungry I went to the kitchen for a granola bar, coming in there I saw Jake looking in the fridge. "It is that you don't live across the hall but you kinda look like Joey right now" I smiled. He made a little jump because I caught him off guard, he then looked at me and got a worried look on his face. "What happened to you" he asked with concern.
"You know the casual getting payback for punching a guy" I said. "Then why did you punch a guy? Jake asked. "Uhm he touched my butt and that is off limits for everyone" I said getting sassy like Gerard. He smiled at the sassyness. "Okay let me take a look at that" he said while walking past me towards the bathroom.

We walked into the bathroom and tuned on the brightest lights. He turned out to face me and tilted my head to get a better look at it, he inspected it very discretely and made a weird face "what??" I asked. "Nothing just wondering why you didn't put ice on it right when you came home" he said in concern. "It could have been less bad if you cooled it right away" he said. "Don't you think that I've never been beaten up before, and I've made it up to this point" I said getting a little frustrated. "I'm sorry I didn't know" he apologized. "You couldn't have known because I never told you so don't apologize you didn't beat me,  I was just too stupid to not put ice on it but I'm gonna have to go trough the pain so you get the sorry thoughts out of your system and man up" I smiled. He smiled back at me and looked me right in the eyes.

[3rd person POV]
Jake looked In Jade's eyes and then to her lips then back to her eyes and while she did the same. They both leaned in a little and closed their eyes while their lips connected softly. The kiss got a little deeper before it got cut off by Jade who looked away immediately "I'm sorry I shouldn't have" she said while walking away what left Jake alone in an over lighted bathroom.
[A.N. Has anyone ever noticed that in movies and series with real humans before a kiss happens 9 of the 10 times they look at the lips of the other person before they go in srry just had to say it]

[Jade's POV]
'I shouldn't have done that I don't like him in that way' I thought while walking to the stables and grabbing Fiona and saddling her up for a ride in the mountains. But first I send a message with Luke's phone number in it to the guys and a lama text to Luke and getting my sos backack out of the closet. 'Hehe that weird night we came up with the lama text the L stands for leave, the M stands for me and A stands for alone and the extra a we just added in for easy remembering' I laughed by myself because it was so dorky while riding off.
