"Time to wake up we leave in about 30 minutes to head to the hospital." Paul came in waking everyone up.

"im scared and really nervous" I told him.

"its okay she will be fine they know what they are doing. All of us will be there with you"

"thanks Paul" he nodded and walked out. Before getting up I opened twitter and saw that there were pictures of us leaving the doctors office yesterday. I opened a new tweet to clear things up

@Niallofficial "Thanks for u guys concern, Ella just has to have a little operation today for tonsillitis. Little nervous and scared for my baby"

I locked my phone and went and got up. I got dressed in sweats and one of my graphic tees. I ran my fingers through my hair before I went to wake up Ella.

"Ella baby come on" I picked her up and walked in to the kitchen area where the guys were already up.

"you want me to make her something?" Liam asked.

I shook my head "no she couldn't have anything past midnight" he nodded in understanding.

"will one of you take her I need to pack her bag for when she gets out and is wanting her blanket and ted." Zayn nodded and stood up and took her from me. I went to the back and packed her a bag. I grabbed her favorite fuzzy yellow blanket, Ted, and an outfit for when we leave and a couple of soft snacks and her sippy.

"alright you guys ready? We have security all over this hospital inside and out, and a private waiting room" Paul assured us. We all nodded and I grabbed Ella from Zayn and held her close. There were a few fans outside waiting but we couldn't stop because we had to get Ella prepped and frankly I was scared and I didn't want to talk to anybody.

"Nice to see you again Mr. Horan and Ella" the nurse from yesterday greeted us.

"hello, these are my mates you met Louis and Harry yesterday, this is Zayn and Liam, and our guards Paul and Al" she shook their hands before turning back to me.

"ok we are going to take Ella back you guys are welcome to come but when we take her to Pre-op only family is allowed with her" we all nodded and she led us back to a room where they will get Ella ready.

"alright change her into this gown and ill be back in 10 minutes to get an IV started" I nodded and she exited.

"cmon Ella" she sat up on the bed while I unzipped her onsie and changed her in to the paper thin gown that was a soft yellow her favorite.

"wheres Ted?" she asked as I situated her in my lap in the chair that was in the room.

"Louis will you get it out of her bag should be on the top." he nodded and handed it to her.

"here you go Ella bean" We sat there in silence for a couple seconds before there was a soft knock on the door.

"im back" the nurse said.

"alright miss Ella" she said putting on her gloves and walking towards us with a cart in tow.

"can I see your arm?" she asked. Ella put out her left arm for the nurse.

"thank you im just going to see where her veins are better at." she stopped at her hand reached to her cart for a blue elastic band. She tied the band on Ella's upper arm which she didn't like very much.

"almost done sweet girl I promise" she grabbed the alcohol wipe and wiped Ell's hand before grabbing the needle. Ella recognized it and tensed.

"shhh its okay baby im here, daddy's here" I calmed her down just enough for the nurse to put the IV in.
