Chapter 3

Avril's POV:

I wake up in the morning feeling lightheaded as I sat up quickly and rubbed my eyes gently as I gave another long soundless yawn. "What time is it....?" , I asked to no one in particular as I look around and looked at my digital clock. "Huh...?"

Then suddenly... "It's only 5:14 , oh , make that 5:15 AM in the morning , mate." , a gruff and rough voice spoke. "KYAAA! EH!?! W-WOAH!!!" , I reacted as I fell onto the floor of my bedroom upside down.

My head ached as I sat up slowly holding onto it then heard a chuckle and footsteps coming towards me , "You alright , Av?" , it asked. I looked at its foot , I mean , furry foot then to his furry body then his furry handsome face then blushed as red as a tomato. "Y-yep! Totally!" , I replied back as I stood back up quickly.

Bunnymund chuckled again as his paw or hand ruffled my brown hair , "Heh. I surprised ya didn't I?" , he asked as I laughed nervously and said, "Ha..ha... Yeah I guess so! You had it in ya, Bunny! Hehe..." , then bit my lower lip.

Bunnymund chuckled yet again making me look at him pout, "So watcha doing here Bunnymund? Don't tell me you're here to prank me again like Jacky." , I said while rolling my eyes to the side and crossing my arms over my chest.

"Huh? He pranks you to wake you up? Well that's a 'nice' way to wake someone in the morning." , he said sarcastically making me look at him and giggle, "So what and why are you doing here, Bunny?" , I asked again as he just shrugged his shoulders. I frowned as I faked yawning and was climbing back to my bed, "Oh is that so? Well Imma go back to sleep no--" "WAIT! WAIT! WAIT!" , he catches up.

I looked at him and stood back up again crossing my arms over to my chest and raising a brow, "Well?" , I began as he sighs and rubs the back of his neck, "Well.... Do you have plans today, sheila?" , he asked.

I looked at him surprised then blushed a little as I responded, "Well... Me and my band members will be practicing our song for the battle of the bands this upcoming Tuesday. That's all." . Bunnymund looked down at me and smiled, "Can I--" "NO." , I said quickly not letting him continue because I know he was going to watch our practice.

"Aww~~ Come on Av! I wanna watch your practice!" , he begged in a sarcastic way as he was pouting. I came up near to him as I place my index finger to his furry lips, "It's still a no , Bunny. Hehe! Plus today is May 6 Friday! 4 days. Just 4 days for you to watch my performance up stage! I want it to be a surprise for you and for the guardians too! So pretty pwease~~?" , I asked using my baby tone.

Bunnymund's POV:

I blushed a little to myself as she placed her index finger to my furry lips. 'Dang! I gotta control myself! Snaaaap......out of it pal! Snap out of it! Self control! Self control! Plus 4 days only! So self control--' , I thought but got interrupted when Avril was snapping her fingers in front of my face.

"Heeeelllooo~~?! Earth to Bunny! Bunnymund!" , she half shouted as I came back to my senses and said, "Whoa? What?! What? Oh yeah! 4 days! Just 4 days! I can handle that! Don't worry! Don't worry! Right back at ya!" , I said as I laughed nervously.

Avril made a pouting face but gave in , 'Phew...' , I thought. I looked down at her again and smiled and saw a tint of pink on her cheeks as she giggles. 'OH GOD THAT ANGELIC GIGGLE!!! SELF CONTROL BUDDY!!! SELF CONTROL DAMN IT!' , I mentally scolded myself as I chuckled back at her.

I looked at her digital clock and see it already 6: 08 AM. I looked back at Avril and smile, "Wanna hang out with me for a moment?" , I invited her wishing it's a 'yes'.

For a second I saw Avril's face lighten up so much because she happily said, "YES!! YES OF COURSE I WOULD LOVE TO!!!" , I got surprised a little and chuckled because now she got embarrassed a bit but recovered.

"I mean yes. Let me just shower myself up Bunny." , she said with a smile. It's getting harder for me to control myself now. I nodded and sat beside her bed and watched her got her towel and clothes then goes in to her bathroom as she closes her door.

I sighed in relief and laid back onto her bed smelling her scent. I grabbed her pillow and dug my face right into it happily, 'I'm in pure heaven!' , I thought to myself as I placed back her pillow and stand up looking around.

Her bedroom changed a bit meaning it got bigger from usual. As I was looking around something's caught my green shiny eyes as I walked towards Avril's desk. I blushed for moment as I picked up the picture slowly.

It was a picture of me and Avril. But I noticed that it was cut out so maybe Avril cut them out and just placed them together in one scented , heart designed construction paper. Wait. Heart designed? Well, not that I hate it, it just made me think...

Does Avril like me?

'IDIOT!!! WHY WOULD SHE LIKE OR LOVE YOU WHEN YOU YELLED AT HER SINCE THAT STUPID INCIDENT WHEN SHE WAS 8 YEARS OLD!!! PLUS YOU HAVENT VISITED HER FOR ALMOST 7 OR 8 YEARS DANG IT!!!' , my mental conscience scolded me. I placed the picture down carefully not to ruin it as I walked towards her bed and sat down.

'The incident....I hate that time.... I hate remembering about it... Remembering that incident makes me wanna rampage non stop!' , I thought angrily but calmed down as I remembered Avril's crying face at that time...

"Hey you okay?" , a voice whispered into my furry ears. "OH RICKETY CRICK BONS!" , I reacted as I fell down Av's bed with a loud thud. "Hahaha!!! That was revenge for making me get surprised also, Bunny!" , Avril laughed out as she held her stomach and breathed for air.

I huffed, "Not funny, mate." , and stood up dusting off my gray and white fur. Avril gained her composure again and giggled as she walked up in front of me................

Wow.

Avril's POV:

I smiled up at Bunnymund as he just stared at me in utter shock. "Hm? What's wrong Bunny?" , I asked with a smile on my face and placed my hands on my hips.

Bunnymund shakes his head as if snapping out of his thoughts and had his mouth wide open, "N-nothing! Nothin' at all , mate!" , he said quickly. I giggled and closed his mouth that was hanging open. "Flies might get inside of your mouth , Bunny~~" , I said in a sing song tune.

I saw him gulped and laugh nervously. Oh, now I get why. Because of my appearance. You see, I'm wearing black shorts with pockets on it and a shoulder-seen white , black flower designed , blouse along with some brown furry laced boots. I let my long brown straight hair hang loose that went up onto my waist.

I giggled again and grabbed his furry paw onto my small hand tugging him forward, "Come on Bunny! Let's go go go go~~!!!" , I said excitedly as I saw him smirked. I gulped and then sweat dropped.

Oh crap...

Bunnymund lifted me up into the air making me squeak as he tapped his furry foot twice making a hole. I landed into his furry strong arms carrying me bridal style and he said, "Hold on tight to me, mate!!!" , and hopped off inside of the hole.

"WAAAAAAAHHH!!! YOU FREAKIN' STUPID EASTER RABBIT!!! KYAAAA!!! YOU SHOULD'VE TOLD ME SOONER!!! KYAAA!!!" , I screamed as my screams were being echoed inside and the hole on the top vanished and held onto Bunny for my dear life.

Bunnymund's POV:

I smirked as Avril held onto me tightly.

Hehehe~~ this is going to be fun as I thought it would be~~
