EPIGRAM- A short satirical poem with either humorous retort or stinging punchline
INDIAN POLITICS
Nominated to dominate
men that are abominate
For a country undergoing a remake
All the promises turn out to be fake
All the leaders that form allies
had people's money fill their tiny little bellies
The bellies are round
Their true faces have been found
Gone are the days
When people held innocent façades
Today the common man's become wiser
hurdling the way for them to stock their accounts up higher
Never underestimate the power of a common man
you never know what's cooking in his pan
Now the poor politicians make a run to hide their faces
But the GEN X is more than ready to cut short their chases
