chapter 4

Colby's POV

Sam woke me up scare as shit. "What wrong Sam. Just go back to sleep." I said and I wasn't having any of it. I was too tired.

"Can you check the hall. There's banging going on. I can't sleep with it happening." He said and I groan. I got up and I walk to the door. I opened it and looked out in the hall. Nothing. I walk out and turned the corner and again nothing. I walk back towards my room and I checked Sam's room. Again nothing. I sighed and walked into my room and I shook my head.

"There's nothing. Do you want a camera on." I asked. He shook his head and I crawled into my bed and just let my body fall against the sheets. "If you change your mind. The camera on the desk and the tripod is in the closet." I said feeling sleep take over. I woke up again when Sam woke me up.

"Babe it like noon you should get up." He said and I groan. I hid my face in my pillow hoping I could go back to sleep, only to be woken up four more time by Sam.

Sam's pov

Colby was not getting up. It's like noon and we have to film a video for the Sam and Colby channel. I shook him and he groaned. "Sam god dammit let me sleep." He said and I sighed.

"We have to film."

"Later." He muffled into his pillow.

"Babe please get up." I begged and he sat up. He did not look happy. "Babe."

"Sam. I am tired. I want to sleep. You woke me up so many time last night. There is nothing in the halls, nothing in the bathrooms, nothing in your room and nothing in my room. There is nothing in this house. Now for the love of God. Let me sleep." He said and I nodded and left the room. I did grab the camera first. I walked down the stairs towards the living room where Corey was playing rocket league. Before I entered I wiped the tear that was going down my face.

"Sam. Are you crying." Shit Devyn. She saw me. I coughed and turned to her.

"What no. Why would I be." I said

"For one. I heard Colby practically yelling at you and second I saw you wipe a tear away." She said. I sighed and I nodded.

"I didn't do anything that would cause him to yell at me."

"It's going to be ok. Just let him sleep and you'll get the old Colby back." She said.

"Can you help me with a video."

"Sure. What are you doing."

"I was going to do a boyfriend does my makeup challenge but Colby decides to sleep so do you want to do my makeup challenge." I said hoping she'll do it. She nodded. "Sweet. I bought a bunch of makeup, so we don't have to use yours. I was going to film in the living room." I said and we walked to the living room. Until I realized that the makeup was in Colby's room. "I forgot the makeup upstairs. I'll be right back." I said and I ran up the stairs and turned Colby's door to find it locked. I sighed and knocked on it. Nothing. I knocked louder and I heard a groan.

"Sam the door is unlocked just come in." He shouted and I turned it and it was locked.

"Does it sound unlocked to you." I said. The handle turned but didn't open.

"What the heck" I heard him say. "The door won't open. It's unlocked."

"See I'm telling you something is here." I said making my point. I heard a bang come from my room and I turn around. The door behind me finally opening. I turn around to see Colby walking back to his bed. I walked in and grabbed the bag of makeup I bought.

"What's in there."

"Makeup. You know for the video we were supposed to do together. Devyns taking your place." I said a little pissed off.

"Don't get pissed at me. If anything I should get pissed at you because that's now the 7th time you had woken me up."

"What ever you can go back to your precious sleep." I said walking out.

"Sam."

"No you clearly are pissed at me for practically doing nothing. What do you want. An apology? Fine I'm sorry. I'm sorry I got scared throughout the night. I'm sorry. For waking you up because I was scared. I'm sorry that I woke you up at noon, AT NOON, because we have to film for our channel. Was that good enough for you? Do you still feel pissed?" I said finally fed up with his attitude. He just sat there shocked. "Can you not speak anymore. Did you finally realize that you were wrong for lashing out on me." I said and he got up. He reached out to grab my arm. I flinched away from him. "Do fucking touch me Colby. I'm out of here." I said and walked out of the room, down the stairs and into the living room. Devyn was sitting on Corey's lap and everyone was just staring at me. Elton came into the room.

"Dude are you ok. We could all hear you yelling at Colby." He said and once he finish we heard a crash upstairs. "I'll go check on him." He said leaving the room.

"Let's film" I said and Devyn nodded. I gave her the bag and she started setting it all out. I set up the camera and we started filming. "Hey guys it Sam and Devyn. Yes I know. Where is Colby. We got into a fight so Devyn is here to help me instead. We are going to be doing the boyfriend does my makeup challenge but Devyn took Colby's place. Since he was the one that was supposed to do the makeup on me. Devyn is going to do it instead. So this is really my friend does my makeup challenge. Let's get started" I said and she laughed and we started the process of the video until Colby came down the stairs. I didn't pay attention to him and neither did Devyn. We finished the makeup part and it was time to do the reveal. I walked with the camera in my hands towards the bathroom. I turned on the lights and I laugh. "Man I looked gorgeous. Damn. Work it. Pose for the camera." I said making a pose. "Man I look sexy as a girl. Let's see what everyone else says." I said and I walked to the kitchen and Elton laughs.

"Damn you look beautiful girl." He said and I laugh.

"What with all the laughing in here" I hear Colby say and he walked into the kitchen. I stopped laughing. "What the heck." He said smiling. "You look so different"

"I am wearing makeup."

"It looks great on you... Can we talk please." He said and I sighed. I nodded. He grabbed me and we walked outside. "I just wanted to say I'm so sorry if I lashed out at you. I was just so tired. I don't know what I can do to make it up to you. I'm so sorry." He said and I smile.

"I forgive you." I said and I hugged him. He was about to kiss me. "Wait I'm wearing lipstick." I said and Colby just looked at me.

"Does it look like I care." He said. I shrugged and he kissed me. I kiss back and we could hear the cheering inside. I pulled away and I could see lipstick on Colby's lips. I laugh.

"Lipstick looks great on you."

"Does it." He said and made a kissy face. I kiss his lips again and he kissed back lifting me up.
