 "Hey wake up." 

I pulled my headphones off my head to see that we were parked behind a building, "we are picking people up here." I jumped out of the van.

"Here let me help you." John helped push the large garbage can away from the door.

I stood outside as people walked out of the shelter and started to pill into the van, I looked over at John to see some blonde haired woman talking to him, he looked up and signled me to come over.

"Excuse me, ma'ma. What's your name?" he asked a short timid looking woman, and she just ignored him. "Hey." he grabbed her wristed and turned it over to find the tattoo on it she twisted her hand from his grib and kicked him sending him flying backwards. And started attacking people, I grabbed her foot as she went to kick me. I sent a jolt through her body as John flew down on her from a portal that Blink opened above her. "You ok?" he looked at me.

"I'm good."

We all got in the van and headed back to the hideout, I helped John get her into a cell and closed the door. I walked away as Sonya was walking up with Lorna talking about ways to get information from her.

I was making my way towards my chair when Clarice stopped me, "hey have you seen that little girl around?" she asked.

"Oh um I think I seen her with the dog, I'll help you find her." I walked around the hideout to see her sitting on the sofa with the dog. "Clarice, over here." I leaned up against the wall and nodded towards the girl.

"Thanks." she smiled and as she went to place a hand on my shoulder I moved away. "You ok?" she asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Go take care of the kid." I smiled and nodded to the kid. At first I wasn't really paying attention till I heard Clarice say my name, "huh." I looked over at them as they laughed.

"Oh I was just telling her how at first you look normal till yours eyes start to glow and lightning is everywhere." she smiled as I sat down next to them.

"Your eyes really glow?" the girl asked as Clarice slipped away.

"Uh yeah, I even get some cool markings ever now and then." I stood up and lifted my shirt up a bit to show her one of the lightning markings on my hips.

"Oh wow...they are pretty." she smiled as she looked at them. "I wish I looked normal." she frowned.

"Hey, you look perfect the way you are."

"Hello." I looked up to see Clarice and Sonya walking towards us.

"Will thats my que to go." I smiled at her and started to walk away.

"Um actually Johnny was looking for you." Sonya said as she knelt down in front of the little girl.

"Alright." I quickly left the room to find John pinching the bridge of his nose.  "Um you....alright?"

  Johnny's POV

We had to come up with a plan to help free the mutants that Trask had locked away in their labs, I knew the one person who could stand a chance against the Sentinal Service Agents and to be honest I was scared to ask her.

"Um you....alright?" her sound of her voice made my heart race, I couldn't bring myself to look at her cause since Clarice left she's kept her distance.

"We are going to find a way to save the mutants at Trask, and we are going to need your help...if your still willing to help that is." I slowly met her gaze.

"Of course, I'll do whatever you need me to do as long as we are doing the right thing that is." she didn't hesitate about her answer.

"You are going in with Blink, Dreamer and the Struckers to destroy a power generater to the Trask lab, they could use some muscle."

"That all you need?" she asked.

"What can I do?" I looked at her.

"About?"

"This...us." I walked towards her.

She sighed and looked off to the side, "just give me time."

I clinched my jaw as I stood in front of her, she looked back up at me with her hazel eyes. "Alright, will everyone is getting ready..you should too."

Alex's POV

The next day after Lorna and Sonya got information from Security Officer that worked at Trask everyone got into their places.
"Alright lets do this." Blink stood up and opened a portal.

"Be careful in there." the Struckers said their good byes before we all headed through the portal.

"Alex cover us just in case something comes up behind us." Sonya said before she pushed open the door to the hallway.

I nodded as we went through the door and moved through the hallways, with the Struckers being our eyes through the building we managed to make it through the building rather quickly. We came face to face with an guard, Dreamer managed to use her ability to get him to forget about us and let us go. Till the alarms started to go off...

"Oh no, we have to get out of here. Clarice we need you to get us out of here, they know." Sonya looked at Clarice.

"I can't, I don't know where we are." Clarice tried to open up a portal.

"Guys." Andy pointed to something behind us.

We all turned around in time to see a Sentinal bot making its way towards us, "not today." I shoot lightning its way only for it to dodge.

"We need to run!!" Sonya pulled on my shoulder only to scream in pain looking at her hand to see it burnt. "Ughh...run!!"

We all took off as fast as we could, "ahhh."

We turned around to see  the Sentinal bot holding Blink down, "RUNNN!!" she yelled.

"Lets go." we all took off running god knows where, it didn't take us long to come to a stop as Sonya started to input a code into the door stopping us from escaping.

"They are getting closer." Lauren said as she got closer to Andy.

I stood in front of them and took a deep breath, I could feel my body heat up and slowly I opened my eyes. I could feel the energy running through my vains, "ahh." I started to shoot lighting down the crowded hall trying to give Dreamer time to get the door open.

"Hurry, go..run!!" Dreamer grabbed my arm and flung me towards Andy and Lauren and pulled the door shut.

"Come on!!" Andy yelled as he took off with his sister right behind him.

"Where do we go!!" she asked as we came to a stop in the center of the room.

"We can get out of here." Andy looked at her and held out his hand.

"Yeah." she took it and they closed their eyes and their hair started to fly around them as if the wind was blowing it around. Quickly Andy let go, "we can't...we'd kill everyone." he looked at me.

Lauren's POV

We could hear the Sentinal Service Agents surrounding us, Alex looked back at us and then towards the men. I could feel the hair on my arms start to stand up as the eletricity feel the air, lightning was flashing at the ends of her hair. It was escaping from her body it looked like, and with out a word she attacked, one  by one people started to fall. You could see her eyes glowing brightly as she spun around to attack a man that was coming up behind her........a loud bang filled the air and echoed as we watched Alex slowly fall to her knees.

"Stay down!" they yelled at her.

She got up again and shot a flash of lightning through the man that shoot her.

"Open fire!!"

"NO!!!!" I yelled trying to get to her as she slowly fell to the floor as the silance slowly filled the room.

"Enough, its over. Get on your knees with your hands in the air." Agent Turner was standing on Alex's hands.

"GET OFF HER!!" I yelled as a man put a coller around my neck.

Once the cuffs where on they pulled us up off the ground, I looked over at Alex's body as a man flung her over his shoulder like she was a thing of dog food. "Get moving."
