Delusional (Alice in Wonderland)

The Third Chapter: The Wise One

"Don't worry sweetie." a man said to me as he stroke my cheek.

" D-Dad?" I questioned.

" As long you're with me, I will protect you from everything so that you're safe." he said with his deep voice.

I clutched onto his hand. " Everything went downhill when you left. And you got onto that ship and never came back. Mother was going to give me away to a Lord and I got to a..."

He shh me to calm down. " I'm sorry that I was gone so long. There's something I wanted to tell you. Alice."

A loud shattered filled the room and woke me up. The moon was still in the sky. " H-Hatter." I barely said. I was terrified. Then there was another clash. I ran to the door and started banging on it. " HATTER HELP ME!" I screamed.

Then there was a little girl silhoutte and she started singing the creepy girl song. I screamed even more. Hatter returned to the door. " Don't you remember you locked it." He said as he walked away.

Then my shadow showed up on the floor and there was a boy shadow. He had a knife and sliced my shadow's cheek. A sharp pain was at my cheek. I wiped my finger there and there was blood.

The shadows popped off the floor and started dragging me. I screamed and fight and trying to hold on to something. The fingers stabbed me and was digging through my knee high sock and into my skin.

Then there was a huge earthquake and shook everything off the wall and glass stabbed me. The shadows disappeared and I the morning came. I took in deep breath to calm down. I saw that all my wounds healed.

I unlocked the door and walked out. I saw Hatter sitting there drinking tea. He gave a quick glance at me and then looked away. " Sorry about your dress." he said.

I looked down and closed the opening with my hand. "You warned me. So it was my fault. You don't have to apologize. " I said.

" If you look into one of the rooms, there's another dress there." he said as he stood up and started taking food out. I walked around and open a door and there was a dress on a stand. I changed into that dress and the style was different than I'm used to.

I walk back out and saw some food on the table. I pulled a chair and sat down. I studied the food and didn't touch. " Go ahead eat it." Hatter said.

" You eat it first." I said.

" You don't trust me. Alright." he took off a piece and ate it. Even in the morning he's so hot. It's too unbelievable to describe it.

I saw it was safe to eat. I started eating. " Sorry about last night. "

" Was it true when you said you didn't care that if I died?" I asked.

He stared at me with those beautiful eyes that seems to change colors. " Here you can't really die except for some. There is a way to die but you I don't know well enough to answer that question. " he said.

" There was shadows that attacked me last night.  That's why I was screaming. " I said. Even thinking about it terrifies me.

" That must be Shadow and Silhouette.  They can control shadows and other people's shadow. You see here everyone has powers. Even I have them." He said with the most beautiful voice.

" What d..." then I couldn't speak anymore.

" I can make people lose their voices. I love it because it makes the bitches to shut up." he said.

I gained my voice back. " I want to find the white rabbit that I saw. Do you know where I can find him?"

"There's a caterpillar in the forest and he lies on the biggest mushroom in Wonderland and he's very wise. He must know where the rabbit you are talking about is." he said. Hatter is so kind but he the same person that almost raped me.

" Thanks. " I said as I stood up.

" You are always welcome to come for a tea party or stay here for the night. And once night falls you better find shelter. Let's say there are things far worst than what you experienced last night." he whispered.

What can be worst than that? " Okay. I going out." I said as I walked out of the door.

I walked down the dirt path and only birds can be heard. I want to cry but what will that do? I'm so weak. I need something to protect me. I have no powers and no one likes me. I need get to that caterpillar.

I saw some purple fog on the ground.  I followed it and lead me to a beautiful woman with antennas on her head. She had long light blue hair and she was so skinny. She was smoking from a pipe thing but it wasn't a pipe. It was connected to a huge container.

Her clothes showed a lot of skin and barely covers her. " You're the new Alice aren't you." she said even before she looked at me .

" Yes. I heard you're the wise caterpillar that lies on the mushroom. " I said as I sat down.

" I am Blue Kathleen.  I go by Kathleen or Leen. " Kathleen said. " Do you want to talk about your problems? I won't harm you. "

"Yeah. I was at the Mad Hatter house and."

" He almost raped you right." Kathleen said as she blew out purple smoke.

" Yeah. How did you know? " I asked.

" I know everything.  And plus he got me once. He's a looker but not a settler." she said as she continued blowing out purple smoke.

" What do you mean that by?" I asked.

" He doesn't like being with one woman. He doesn't like being on a leash but instead he likes being free. " she said.

" Is there anything here that I can protect myself?" I asked.

" There is a weapon that lies on the border of Wonderland and the exit. Only the true Alice can weld it. It doesn't kill anyone but can do a lot of damage to one but eventually heals. I heard that the true Alice can capture anyone's heart or be loyal to them. And can possess a powerful power and can be one of us. I want to see Hatter put on a leash just for a laugh."

"What about the exit? Is there any way out?" 

" Only the true Alice knows that. Many try to be the true Alice but they either get killed by one of the people here or kills themselves because they can't handle the torture here."

" And one more thing.  Where's the white rabbit?"

" You mean Minute White. He goes by the name Peter Rabbit. You can find him by this path." Kathleen said as a path cleared and glowed on the ground. " And another thing. No is going to protect you. Even me. I won't try to kill you or torment you."

"How come I was sent here?" I asked

"Because you said you hated your life. Wonderland will give you a reason to keep you alive or want to live. And then you die here like all the other Alice's. Only Alice's can enter here. No one else can. And good bye Alice." she said as I walked down the path.

I hope Peter be better than the other people I met. I hope he's nice. I only had a glimpse of him and those red eyes captured me but I can't get Hatter out of my head or Cheshire or Peter. All of them are dreamy but dangerous. Please, is there anyone that would help me?
