Dangerous Pain

Chapter 3 - The Dream

"Run, Run!" a lady voice says as I stand stuck in shock unable to move my legs.

"Ahhhhhhh!" the voice yells as if she was bitten by something.

After ten minutes the screams of the lady stops and it became extremely quiet while the sky darken by the minute.

"Mommy where are you?" I said but received no answer.

I repeated the statement louder but still no answer.

Terrified, I started walking backwards, which became a fullout sprint to the exit.

"Don't look back, don't look back!" I kept telling myself ,as I continued to hear footsteps other than mind behind me, but my instints took over and I stopped and listened; but heard nothing.

As I was waited for something to appear, it started to rain in a small forest with over three hundred trees and only two ways out of it; one, which is the way I'm heading, is to main road and the other one was back towards the screams of my mother,which is where our car is.

I start my run towards the exit to the main road again until I saw a shadow of a human and froze in my tracks as if I was paralyzed. Standing there in the rain, wet, cold, and afraid to move, I felt a cold presents behind me.

The feeling someone's icy breathe on the back of my neck sent chills down my spine.

"Ma is that you?" I whisper so soft only my mind could hear it.

I slowly turn around to see what would greet me but founded nothing behind me.

"Now what to do?" I thought as I continue to stare in the darkness.

I regain my strength in my legs and begun the walk to the exit, but this time I was preparing myself for sounds of the foot steps behind me or the inhaling or exhaling of that icy breathe that froze me in my tracks; instead I hear nothing which made me even more terrified of the issue.

Reaching the exit without any distractions, I could finally see the cars on main road.

I started for it but was stopped by some type of force field causing me to bounce back a few inches.

"Why?!" I asked out loud over and over again when I heard a voice, which sounds like a whisper with a hiss like a snake, saying "You're next..." but I couldn't make out the rest of the words or I couldn't pin-point where the voice was coming from.

All of a sudden I became dizzy, unable to see which directing I was facing; the headache that came after the dizziness was unbarring and extremely painful causing me to fall to the ground and clinch my head with great force that made the pain even more unbarring.

While clinching my head and still dizzy, I feel someone's teeth sink in to my neck which causes me faint in the forest.
