Laura's POV (8 years old)

I woke up with a smile on my face, and beside my teddy bear. I named it Rossy Bear because my best friend Ross gave it to me. Ross and I were having a sleep over. I went to say good morning to him but he wasn't there he is supposed to be here!

*honk*

I look out the window because I heard a car. Then I see him. Ross and the rest of r5. I tell Nessa, my 13 year old sister, that r5 is outside. When she came out of her room, I could tell she had been crying. We rushed outside. Ross turned to me, and the next thing I knew was that we were having a private conversation.

Laura- Hey Ross *smiles*

Ross- *doesn't smile back*

Laura- What's wrong? You know you can tell me anything. I'm your BFF.

Ross- I'm leaving for a tour/competition to see which band can get the most fans in 10...

Laura- Please say months

Ross- Actually I ment 10years

Laura- don't leave. Please.

*honk*

That was his cue to leave. I didn't want him to go he was my best friend. Do I dare say he is my first crush, which I only told Vanessa.

Ross- I didn't want to leave without giving you something though.

Ross took a golden heart locket out of his pocket. It looked beautiful. He put it in my hands, and I got a better look at it. It had Ross' name on the front and inside engraved was a message/ a picture. The picture was him and I at the zoo. The message said I'll never forget.

Laura- can you put it on me

Ross- sure

After he put it on we promised each other to be BFF.

Laura- *hugs Ross tightly*

We pulled away said bye and he left. I walked over to Vanessa, and we both cried.
