Arias POV

I blinked

The doctor and his wife

Blinked again

The doctor his wife and a young girl

Blinked again and a tall boy was also in the room. my eyes stayed open.

"hello sleepy head" the doctor laughed

"Hi...." I managed to say sounding sick.

"Hello Aria, how was your sleep?" the doctors wife asked politely

"Good......" I said as she looked at her son.

"Hey!" said the tall boy who I now realized had sparkling green eyes and dirty blonde hair.

"Hi..... I'm Ar-" he cut me off

"I know your name, but I'm Christopher you can call me chris or Chrissy or babe" he winked at me and I rolled my eyes

Chris's POV

She was so pretty with her bleach blonde long curly hair and her bright blue eyes, perfectly tan skin, she was the definition of perfect and she was going to be living with me. I smiled, this was going to be fun.

MONDAY

Chris's POV still

I woke up not tired at all I looked around and noticed I had fallen asleep in Arias hospital room. I smiled when I saw her still sleeping. she looked so peaceful like nothing could bother her. I then heard screaming and yelling coming from the hallway the door burst open and a tall skinny man with short light brown dark blonde hair came in he grabbed arias hand and she awoke abruptly.

"D-dad...." She seemed to be scared of him

"Come on Ari baby" he said to her jerking on her arm

"Sir, I think you just hurt her" he looked at me and gave me the most hated look ever

"I don't care what you think!" he yelled and pulled Aria.

"Dad stop it I don't want hurt again." I followed them to the lobby then he stopped and started to scream at her

"ARIA! I don't care if you want hurt or not get home now or when you come home I'll beat you!!!" He was serious

Aria started to get up but he shoved her back down then kicked her in the ribs.

I went and got my dad.

"D...." She passed out bleeding on the floor everyone just saw him beat his daughter. He pulled out a gun shot her in the leg and threatened everyone then quickly left. Aria was now on the floor crying I picked her up took her back to her room and my dad came in. He looked at her and took the bullet out of her leg with a needle put a new iv in her left arm put a light blue cast on her right arm and signed it. He told her to sleep and then tomorrow I'd take her shopping at the mall so she had clothes to start school next week. Aria was going to be one of the most popular girls at school. I just knew it.
