(Phone ringing)

"Detective Reynolds" "Mason! It's Grace I need your help Blair's missing!" "Woah okay grace calm down what do you mean she's missing?" "You're a detective! SHE'S GONE, DISAPPEARED , NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!" "Okay Grace sweetie I need you to calm down." Mason said saying as calmly as possible. "DON'T TELL ME TO CALM DOWN MASON! BLAIR IS MISSING AND DON'T CALL ME SWEETIE I AM NOT IN THE MOOD! "Okay okay sorry, why don't you swing by the office I'll be there in ten." "Fine I'll see you soon."

Mason is my ex-boyfriend from freshman year of college. He's the blond hair blue eye babe every girl wanted to date in high school. In college he was smart and funny. We met in one of our criminal justice classes for civil law, and he asked me which ridiculous tort case I was doing a project on that people made in the past. He chose the "Red Bull with wings case" and I chose the "chili finger lady from Wendy's" case both ridiculous. He then asked me to come over and study and the rest is history. That is until last year when I decided to end things because I was just getting into my career and I felt that we were drifting apart.

"Omg Grace! Hi!" Derek is Mason's assistant he's had a crush on me since he first laid eyes on me. "Oh hey Derek I'm here to see Mason is he hear yet?" I replied trying to not sound like the wreck I was. I haven't slept since my moms phone call and I didn't go to bed until 12:30 that morning cause I was studying a case. She called me at 3 so I got two and a half hours of sleep total. "Umm no he's not here yet why are... are you two getting back together? He asked sounding disappointed. "Umm no we are not getting back together I just need to talk to him." I said faster looking around. "Oh about what?" "It's personal and private!" I said more harshly and annoyed. "Oh I'm so sorry Grace. Let me go get you a coffee umm Mason should be here soon. His office is unlocked I think." "Okay thank you." I said still shaken up by the fact that he asked me what I had to talk about.

I walked into Mason's office and took his bagel out of his mini fridge then I spread honey but cream cheese on it and took a seat. I was so hungry I haven't eaten since the night before. "Hey" Mason said. "Ugh Mason! You scared the shit out of me! And you're late!!" "Yeah by like a minute it's the city traffic sucks at this hour. Are you eating my bagel?" "Yeah I'm hungry." I said annoyingly "okay Grace what's your theory on Blair's disappearance." "How do you know I have a theory? I asked suspiciously. "Because I know you, you always have a theory." "True. Okay here it is I looked in her room and her mirror was cricked." "Okay?" "Okay what do you mean okay?!?! You know Blair she likes everything perfect and cricked is not her idea of perfect straight is." "Maybe she didn't notice?" "Once again it's Blair she would have. Also she's been missing her planner and one of the papers was ripped out and stuck in the tree by her window. For days she's been feeling like someone's been watching her and I think she was right. I think someone was watching her. The mirror was tilted so you could see the door from outside. Someone was waiting to get the opportunity to sneak into her room to get her schedule to know where she would be at all times. Someone broke in days before! Someone was watching her!" "Okay you might be on to something but who?" "Well you see Mason that's were you come in here's a list of stuff I need you to do and I'll keep you posted on more.

1. Track when and where her phone and debit card was last used.

2.Look through her computer software for any new people

3. Take DNA sample of the paper and her room.

4. Interrogate all her friends and people on her recently messages on ALL social media accounts.

5. Retrieve any deleted messages

6. Send me EVERYTHING nothing is too big or too small.
