Chapter 5 sight seeing pt. 1 russia

sorry that I have not updated in a while and this is so short. If you read the authors note you know the reasons. i worked on this at 4 am in the morning in slovak time and it is ahead 6 hours of eastern us coast time so about 10 pm in america where I live.  well, off to the story for Narnia!!!!!!

Veronika's pov

     Everyone looked so shocked that I have a mafia. Every country has one. Yes, even Antarctica, but they are all penguins. Don't underestamate them. They are quite deadly when angred. We all headed out the door and I quickly grabbed a sword that looks like it's only for decorational purposes, a bunch of knifes, and a small pistol with 8 bullets. I hid all of that in my kroje(1) which had secret sheathes and pockets. Yes, I carry weapons everywhere. I even have a machine gun and a huge double sided ax hanging on my wall near my bed. It is to scare off intruders and for me to fight off robbers. We all walked out the door and got into our vehicles which was an armored tank in switzerland's and  liechstein's  case and went to the Kosice zoo.

  ~time skip to the zoo~

     When we got there, China fangirled over the baby pandas and red pandas that his country had given us.(just imagine it xD) Then I whispered to Russia "You like sunflowers, Ano(2)?" He replied "yes of course. Why?"  "Nothing" I told him. "Dobre, the next place is about 30to 45 minuets away and in what you would call the countryside. Russia, put a blind fold over your eyes once you get into the car because it is a surprise." I announced to the whole group.

   We finally got to the place where the surprise was.  It was a huge field of sunflowers. "Ok Russia. You can look now." He looked do surprised. Hardly anyone knew about my sunflowers that grew as big as a normal human and were special because they held magic and faeries came out of hiding and danced. So, Russia ended up hugging me so much, I had to throw him off of me. We both danced around in the sunflowers and we picked a few with the permission of the faeries. These are spexial because once picked, they never wilt. Everyone else stared at me like I had done some weird voodu magic. Their faces were hilarious. Ok, I thought. Now for Switzerland's surprise.

(1) kroje = name of traditional dress in slovakia and czech republic. in slovak

(2) Ano = the slovak word for yes.
