-8 Months After Being Given To The Dragon-
It was cold outside, there was over a foot of snow outside, children were playing and getting ready to celebrate their favorite holiday Christmas. You however, were hanging upside down from the ceiling of the dragon's lair after your latest attempt to escape. The dragon quickly became over obsessive with you, but she also became violent knowing that you were constantly trying to escape. The words she told you echoed in your head.
"If you keep trying to escape, your punishments will get worse, you may be my most prized gem, but I'm not afraid to put a few cracks in you, and if I break you, I can put you back together. Because you belong tO ME!!!"
I was now hanging from the highest point in the cave, which was quite a fall if I freed myself. The blood was rushing to my head and I could barely think because of it.
"Oh (Y/N)~!" The dragon sang prancing into her torture room.
She looked me over and a face of false concern washed over her.
"Oh dear. You don't look so good. Is too much blood rushing to your head?" She asked with sarcasm.
"Yes" you answered in a monotone voice.
"Good, maybe now you're smart enough to figure out that there's nowhere you can go that I can't find you. You're my most precious jewel, and I can't lose you. I love you". She says and gives you a dragon sized kiss.
Something actually did happen in your mind.
Your will broke.
You felt no need to escape. You only wanted to stay with her, live, and please her.
She cut you down and hugged her arm. She hugged you back.
"Aww, it's okay. Just stay inside my cave and look pretty. With my magic you'll be like that for as long as I live".
You didn't care what she said after 'look pretty', you just wanted her to be happy and stop beating you.

You were lying in your room as Ellena had ordered you to stay inside. She said she had to go do something very important and she wouldn't be back until sunrise. You had nodded looking at her with expressionless and dull eyes, she took notice of this and told you that when she got back she would take you outside. All she got back was another dull voiceless nod, but that was hours ago.
She was planning something big and nice for you when morning rises.
You couldn't keep yourself awake anymore so you fell asleep in a very nice and warm blanket your mistress made for you. Unaware of what you would wake up to.
-The next morning-
It was Christmas Day, and you woke up to see the entire cave decorated with lights and all if the Christmassy goodness. You were confused. For the first time in a few weeks, you showed some emotion. You were surprised, confused, and kind of excited.
You went to go find your mistress, it was obviously morning and you saw light shining through the hole in the top of your room when you woke up. As you were making your way to Ellena's room you saw her sitting in the mouth of the cave next to a tree with presents under it.
"Merry Christmas (Y/N)!" She announced with cheer.
You ran to her and hugged her, you burst into tears of joy and you thanked her a thousand times.
