We continued to walk through our abandoned past, where we were going to be staying was a mansion on the far side of the city. It wasn't actually ever touched by the fire in the first place, the people just fled, paranoid about being burned. But ended up running straight into the flames.
"Home sweet home." I sighed as we reached the house.
The door appeared to be soldered shut for some reason, we didn't know why. That was when Dahyun stepped forward, she had the strength of twenty men combined. One knock on the door and it crumbled to pieces.
The first thing that I noticed was a giant mirror covering an entire wall.
"Jesus," I heard Mark say. "Were the people here really that vain?"
"I doubt it, Mark, it's probably for other reasons." I said.
"Maybe to see dead people." He said casually. I looked back at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Dead people?"
"Yeah, they have no reflection, don't they?" Mark continued. "So if you were talking to someone and they had no reflection it would mean that they're dead!"
"Mark." I said breathing in deeply at his stupidity. "Most of the time, the living can't see the dead."
"Oh yeah." He realised, a little crestfallen.
The rich people had left behind such a grand house, all of their shit was still here for us to take too. I was put in a room in the attic with Mark, Bam Bam and Junior. We were all still in pyjamas and night gowns, since we were raided in the middle of the night. In the wardrobe in my room, I'd found a suit, it fit me perfectly, coincidence.
I was leaving my room when I ran into Seulgi, my jaw dropped when I saw her.
"Well hello there..." I said a little in awe.
"Hi." She said casually before continuing off down the hallway.
She had managed to find a dark green dress that came down to her knees, with no sleeves and a little black jacket with a pair of heels as well. I'd never seen her in a dress before, and she was beautiful.
God, Jackson! I thought to myself. Don't fall for her, it's only going to get your heart broken!
