Tori's POV

I woke up to a note from Ava saying that they all went for breakfast and they didn't want to wake me, which was fine I wasn't up for socializing today. I laid in bed for a little bit thinking of jack kissing me last night. I was worried Ava would find out and be mad, but I also didn't want to keep it from her. I liked jack, he was fun and handsome. For once I liked being myself around someone, I liked that I could tell him my name and not have to lie. But He didn't know everything, and I was scared to tell him.
I laid in bed a little while longer and then Daniel popped into my head. Having coffee with him yesterday was really nice and he was an amazing guy. I liked talking to him and laughing with him. I felt really bad about not giving him my real name it was tearing me apart. Me and Daniel had a flirty relationship but it was more like we were best friends than in love, and I think he felt that too. We loved our flirty, loose, free relationship. And we loved talking to each other.
I finally got out of bed and got in the shower. I got dressed and put my hair up in a pony tail. Ava left her phone for me so that I could call Sydney if I needed anything. I called jack and told him to come to the hotel, I needed to talk to him. After that I called Sydney and told her that I was up and asked what time they thought they would be back. She said that Ava wanted to go shopping so probably not until 1:00. It was 11:30 now so I had plenty of time to talk to jack.
I was watching tv when jack showed up, he knocked on the door and I got up to answer it. I opened the door and there he stood with flowers. I looked at him weird. "I thought you were going to tell me that we couldn't see each other so I brought flowers to try and change your mind." He said with a half smile. "Come in, let's talk" I said with a laugh. I took the flowers and put them on the table. "First of all flowers were hopeless, I am homeless the last thing I am thinking about is flowers" I said sitting on the bed next to him. "Wait my sister didn't tell me that" jack said. "Well I didn't tell you either so don't blame your sister" I replied. "So that's why she took you shopping" jack stated. "Well she probably would've done that anyways, she loves shopping, but yes that is why" I answered. "I just wanted to let you know, because after Ava goes back you probably won't see me again." "I will have to find a new place to stay" I continued. "No, no way, you will stay with me" he said. "No you have your band living with you, it would just be a hassle, plus I got a job offer lined up, I will just get by until I can afford an apartment." I responded. "Ok so I will keep this hotel room for you until you work up enough money for an apartment and we will call it good." He told me. "No, I'm not letting you spend money on me, you barley even know me" I said reluctantly. "Listen, I like you ok, I like you a lot and even if I don't like you in a month or two months or a year, I still want to do this. So please let me do this, because I want to be with you and that can't happen if I never see you again" jack exclaimed. "Ok" I said softly. "Hey" he picked up my chin so I was now looking in his eyes. "Hey" I said back. "I like you Tori-Lynn and there is nothing you can do about it" he joked. "Oh so you did remember the tori-Lynn thing" I said giggling. "Of course I remembered" he said. "I love it" he finished. He leaned in to kiss me and I got a text from Sydney that they were finally on their way back. Jack kissed me before he left and I texted Sydney back. "Good bye tori-Lynn" jack said as he went out the door. He was smiling from ear to ear. "Hey watch yourself" I said laughing at him. He left and I laid back in the bed sighing. Technically everything would be fine once Ava went back to Pennsylvania. Jack and I could be together and it would be fine, but I still felt like I was lying to Ava and I did want to tell her.
Ava and Sydney came back and said that Kristin and isla went to sky zone for a little bit. "Hey guys can I talk to you for a second." I asked. "Yah sure what's up" Ava said. "Well I want to ask your permission on something and jack isn't going to do it so I have to" I continued. "Ok what do you mean" Ava said confused. "Well the other day when I went over to jacks, we were swimming in the pool and he went in to kiss me" I told her. "What?!" Ava started. "Before you get mad, I told him no, because I don't want to ruin our friendship" I stated. "I didn't want to keep this from you and so I sat down with jack a couple hours ago and told him he probably wouldn't see me after you guys left, so there was no point in doing anything" "he told me that he liked me and that he wanted to be with me so here I am now talking to you" I finished. "Wow, ok well do you like him" Ava asked. "Well yes but your are a really good friend and I don't want to ruin that by dating your brother." I told her. "Hey if you like him that's fine with me, I'll be back in Pennsylvania soon enough so I won't have to watch you two be all lovey dovey with each other" Ava said. "Yah and I don't care, he is his own person, he can do whatever he wants" Sydney added. "You guys are the best, now I'm not saying I'm going to date him anytime soon but I wanted you to be aware of the situation" I told them. "Well we are here for you" Ava said. "Thanks" I said.
