INTRO.
My name, is Skye Rachael Horan.
Im seventeen years old, and im quite plain actually.
I have dyed red hair which reaches the middle of my back, and big crystal blue eyes.
Well, I was plain, until my mum was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
I became her full time career from the age of thirteen, because my dad was never around.
He left when I was born, I’d never seen him in my whole life, and I just assumed he was a waste of space and I didn’t need him.
I’d get into trouble at school all the time, because I never did homework, or because I was failing asleep in lessons, because of looking after my mum 24/7.
The only way I can describe the way I feel now, is trapped.
I don’t have friends, I never have. I don’t have a social life. I barely have any family. Its just me.
But then it all changed on August 23rd 2011.
