Cookie baking madness🍪

On that following afternoon, the entire family was in the kitchen, getting ingredients ready to bake some cookies. As soon as everything was set, they began the process. "Okay, since baking cookies is going to be really messy, we might as well put on these aprons." Kaiko said, as she give everyone, including herself an apron. Each family member had curtain role when it comes to baking, Will and Kaiko help each other out with the batter, while Ant and Fontaine add the ingredients, such as sugar, flour, vanilla, eggs, etc. After the first phase was done, Will thought there was something missing, something festive. "Hey guys, I was thinking, what if we can use these cookie cutters, just to be a little festive?" Will said, showing everyone some holiday cookie cutters, everyone nodded, and began placing them on the dough, which looked pretty cute. Then, Kaiko suddenly felt some flour just splattered all over her neck, which made her laugh because she found out who it was. "Will, I know it you who did this." As Kaiko put some flour on her husband's neck, which started some friendly war with the flour that resulted to a huge mess, and a bunch of giggles. "Alright I had enough throwing grains of flour for one day, let's clean up this mess, and all take showers." As Fontaine grabbed a broom and a dust pan, and everyone agreed. It was a good thing because, the cookies were already in the oven, which speeded up the process. "Hey mom, dad I had no idea if you realized but, it was me, Fontaine, and Jeffrey who had the whole thing set up earlier." Ant said, as hoped they would be a little disappointed, but it turned out that they weren't, instead they were laughing. "We knew it was you guys, all along and I have to say, you guys got us good." Kaiko said , she placed a hand on her husband's arm, just laughing and having a good time as a family.
