*Saturday noon*
Hi, my name is Lily Turner and today is going to be the start of the best week of my life! It is Thanksgiving break and I was going on a vacation with my family on a cruise ship. When we boarded we immediately went to our rooms to leave our luggage and then we went to explore. "The cruise ship is amazing!" I thought to myself. It really was amazing, it had everything, like an outside movie theater, a mini water park, an arcade and even an indoor ice skating rink. After we explored, we decided to eat at the buffet, which I was super excited about. After we ate we stayed there and chilled for a while. I was texting my best friend Danielle Lang or as I call her Dani and I was telling her how much I wished she was here and that I missed her. Then we said goodbye. I used my phone for a bit, but when I lifted my head I saw Dani entering the buffet with her family. I almost screamed. Then I ran to Dani and hugged her. I told her that it was the best surprise ever!
Danielle's P.O.V.
I was texting Lily and I didn't know that I was going on the cruise ship until I was parked outside where the cruise ship was. I thought I was going to wave goodbye at Lily until my parents told me and my sister Emma that we were also boarding the ship. We screamed. My parents told me not to text Lily that I was going to board the ship to surprise her. And I did.
Lily's P.O.V.
After I hugged her she went to eat. Then we sat together and she ate. After she ate we hung out and explored for a bit. It was 7:00 p.m. and the ship was about to leave so Danielle and I went outside to watch the ship leave from Hawaii. After we left, Dani and I decided to see what activities we could do. We saw that there was a teen club for ages 12-17. We could go because I have 15 and Danielle has 14 so we're good. We went to the teen club and it was very fun! There were games and other stuff too. At 11:00 p.m. there was going to be a party. When it was 11:00 p.m. we went to the party. We danced until we got tired and we went to our rooms and went to bed.
