Chapter 2: The Blue Tie-Dye Hoodie

*Sunday morning*

I woke up at 8:30 a.m. which was pretty early, and we were already at our first destination which is St. Kitts. Then I went to go get changed. I got dressed and I had a striped, loose tank top paired with some tan shorts and some light brown flip flops. I did my hair with a side dutch braid and I wore my sunglasses. After we got dressed we went to go eat breakfast, and that's where we were going to meet Danielle and her family. After we had our breakfast we were planning on what to do today. We got off the ship and we were walking on the dock. People were playing music and dancing. It was very fun and colorful. When we got to the city there were lots of stores. "Can Lily an I go to that store?" Danielle asked our parents. "Sure!, but meet us here at 10:15 a.m. ok?" Our parents said. "Ok." We said in unison. Danielle and I went to the store and there were clothes, magnets and weird colorful stuff. We were walking in the store until I saw it. I saw a blue tie-dye hoodie. It looked so comfy and cute. And it says St. Kitts on it. "I love it!" I told Dani. "It suits you." Dani said. "Thanks, I'm gonna buy it." I said. I bought it and I realize that it was already 10:15 a.m. I told Dani, and we were running to the spot our parents told us. Luckily, we got there in time. We saw our parents and then we see people taking pictures with monkeys, so we went to take pictures with the monkeys. I had one in my head and one in my arm. I was a little scared but it was worth it. After the monkey madness, our parents were talking about what we were going to do. But my brother Jack and Danielle's sister Emma (Emma has 9 and Jack has 8) they wanted to go back to the ship to go to the pool and the water park. So my parents took them back to the ship. "Do you guys want to go with them?" Danielle's parents ask us. "No we're good." We said. Her parents called for a tour and we got on a bus with no windows and the tour guide showed us different places. At the end of the tour we went to a beach and we hung out for a while, then we left before it was 4:00 p.m. because the ship left at that time. We got on the cruise ship and we prepared ourselves for dinner. I wore a black dress. Then we went to the restaurant and I saw Dani wearing a white dress. After we ate, Dani and I checked what was going on tonight on the teen club. "There's going to be a prom night." She said. "I guess we are each other's dates." I say laughing. "I guess so." She says laughing as well. We entered the party and we saw everyone dancing. Suddenly there was a slow song. We saw everyone slow dancing very romantically. "I wish that, that would be me someday, with the right guy." I thought to myself. When the prom was over we called it a night and went to our rooms to go to sleep.
