You know what's the worst type of anxiety?
Sleep anxiety.
Not even close.
And I️m sorry if that's a uh
A rude awakening
For everyone,
But it is.
Sleep is vital to the daily functions of a person
And without that
People
Do not
Work.
And here's why it's so troubling
You go to bed half an hour later than you should
Or an hour
Or two
And then you panic because
Hey, you're not gonna get enough sleep.
And you know
People need to be relaxed to sleep
I don't know about you guys but I️ cannot sleep when I️m stressed.
So you're now stressed
Well guess what
You aren't sleeping
And as time goes on,
You're going to get more
And more
And more stressed.
But you're also going to get more
And more
And more tired.
So it's okay, right?
No. Wrong.
You get more stressed as time goes on and that stress balances out the fact that you're now more tired so you can't sleep so time goes past more and you get more tired but it doesn't matter because now it's later and that means less sleep so now you're even more stressed and it goes on and on and it's 3 am and you're listening to rain sounds to desperately put you to sleep.
It is
The worst.
Sleep anxiety is the worst.
