Romyne's POV
"Romyne! Wake up or you'll be late for school!" my sister said while shaking me. "Ok ok. I'm up." I said while yawning and stretching. "Good morning! Now quickly, let's go downstairs and eat. We don't wanna be late for school." she said. "Yeah." I replied.
When we arrived downstairs, we already saw our mom preparing breakfast. "Mornin' girls! Breakfast is ready, you don't wanna be late for school." my mom said. "We won't mama. It's 5:30 in the morning." I said while laughing. "Good morning mama." said Khyla, my sister. "Good morning." my mom replied.
After scooping rice into our plates and eating our eggs and rice, we are finally done eating. "Wash your own plate and utensils." my mom said while laughing. We all laughed. "Yes mama, we will." Khyla replied.
After my sister and I took a bath, we put on our uniforms for school, got our bags and went downstairs.
"Are you ready?" asked my dad to my sister. "I sure am." she replied. "Bye!" my mom and I said. "Bye!" my dad and my sister replied. I kissed them goodbye and they left.
"Bye honey, have a great 1st day of school!" my mom said. "Bye mom! Thanks!" I kissed her and walked to school. It's quite near.
While I was walking something covered my eyes. "Who is this?" I asked. It quickly let go. "Boo!" and the people jumped right in front of me. I gasped. "Hey girl!!" Lexie, Keziah and Maxene greeted me. I was crying tears of joy just a little bit while laughing. I missed these gals so much!
"Hey guys!!" I greeted them. "OMG! You're here! We missed you so much!" said Lexie, while hugging me. "Yeah. I missed you guys too!" I replied and gave them a hug. We did a group hug. "So, how was your summer?" Maxene asked. "It was really fun. My family and I went to many different places. What about you?" I replied. "Pretty fun too. We did swimming, playing, shopping and lots of other stuff we did. My summer was great." Keziah said. "Same. We did lots of stuff and went to different places." Maxene said. "Well, same as all of you." Lexie said and giggled.
While we were walking, we saw a bunch of girls, they were a group actually. They were all looking straight at their phones and talking to each other about their social medias. And the others started to take selfies and they laughed. They were so loud.
"Let's just avoid them and move." Lexie said. We met Krystal while still heading to school. "Hey girls! You all look so fabulous today!" She greeted. "Thanks Krystal, you too." Keziah replied. While we were walking the group of girls were now beside us. But they thought it was time to turn, so they turned left and bumped my friends and I. And all of their phones fell.
Maxene and I were laughing quietly so they would not notice, but the group of girls were really angry. "Are you blind?!" A tall girl said to us. "Ofcourse we are not. We are so sorry." I said to her and to all of them, although it was their fault. "Yeah, you should be sorry our phones fell. Don't be an Idiot." another girl said. "Don't talk to my friend like that. You are the idiot. This was not even our fault, you were busy with your phones so you were the blind ones." Maxene said. She is such a rebel. I'm grateful she's my friend.
"Yeah whatever." said another girl. "See ya losers!" another girl said. And they laughed and walked away. What a bunch of show offs! "Great. 1st day of school and we already found enemys." Krystal said and sighed. "It's ok girls. Atleast we will still stick together and be friends." Lexie said. "You're right. Thanks for defending me out there Maxene." I thanked Maxene. "Hey don't worry about it." she said and laughed. I love them all. I hugged her and the others joined.
Then we went inside the school, ignored those mean girls still on their phones and met the rest of our friends. We did a group hug and played. After the program, we found out that our teacher was Sir Pescadero. We went inside our classroom, "Today we have no class ofcourse. We have 2 new learners and we have freetime. Enjoy your 1st day of school!" Our teacher said. "We will Sir!" we all said in unison. I went to the group, "I'm sure we'll have a good time if we just avoid those girls." I said "So true!" they all said in unison. We laughed and did high fives to each other. This is gonna be a great year!

Hey guys! Hope you liked the 1st chap! You'll find out the new classmates on the 2nd chapter. Like I said, this story is real but I just changed some events. I have another classmate that I have not put here because I don't have a picture of her. Hopefully I'd find one. Her name is Ma. Justin, short for Maria Justin.
