Maxene's POV
Ok so i'm actually waking up early right now but I have never been early, everyone knows i'm always late. I'm just a night owl, and i'm pretty sure what I just want to do all day is sleep. Jeez. I'm so lazy. Ok enough talking about me now, I have to get ready.
After eating breakfast I went to the bathroom to take a bath before Ella does. Oh wait! I forgot to tell you I have a sister. But I just told you so yeah. Whatever. After taking a shower and brushing my teeth I waited for Ella and we went to the school. When we arrived I saw none of my friends. Literally! None of them. I can't believe i'm so early. After a while I saw someone walking towards me. "Maxene, is that you?" she said, then she came closer, I finally saw her, it's Aundrea. "Yeah this is me. Is there a problem?" I replied. "No, there's no problem.
"Did you tell her there is no problem?" I looked up to see her twin, Kryssa, usually they are supposed to be more early than me, but oh well! "There is a problem?" I asked them. "Well it's not really a big deal but, you're earlier than us!" Kryssa said. Aundrea and I laughed. "She's right Max, (that's what they call me, Max) you are so early today, is there something wrong with you?" Aundrea said and I laughed. "No guys there is nothing wrong with me." I said. "Then why are you so early?" Kryssa asked. "I just wanted to, I decided it's not good being late so I am going to be waking up early." I replied. "Everyday?" both of them asked in unison. "Ok ok on Saturdays i'll wake up late." I said and laughed slowly. Aww! They know me so well, ofcourse they're like sisters to me.
After a while, Lovelynn and Romyne arrived. "Hi!" Romyne shouted, she's so crazy. They waved at us so we wave back at them. When we met we greeted eachother and chatted until Abigail arrived, followed by Keziah. "Hey guys!" Keziah said and smiled. Lexie arrived with Krystal and we saw Lyzen's car and she went out. After the group was complete we chatted and had lots of fun.
"And then my dream stopped because of my sister waking me up. The e-" but Romyne had not finished her sentence because suddenly she was interrupted by someone. "Hiya losers! Sorry to interrupt your little chat but we just had to tell you that your outfits look absolutely nice. Oh wait, I meant they look nice like poop." Sheinia said and all the mean girls laughed. Did they have to do that? It's Wednesday so we can wear whatever we want. The girls and I were really offended, especially Lovelynn and Abigail, since they are new and already were told they looked ugly.
But this time all of us stood up except for Lovelynn and Abigail. "Oh, excuse me? Did you say something? Well that's nice. But we have to tell you something, I think your lips are exploding because of you putting 1,000,000 layers of lip gloss everyday." Romyne said. "Yeah and did you know, because of that, you totally look stupid? Yeah we know." Lexie then said. "OMG! We know right. #Lipgloss addicts forever right? Yeah that's great." The twins said in unison. We all laughed at how brave we were. "Ugh! well.. well uhh" Jasmine said, not knowing what to say. "Well uhh.. well uhh. No more insults? Oh what a shame." Keziah said and smirked. "Next time, call yourselves the losers!" I said. "Yeah see ya!" We all said in unison. "Ugh! Whatever, let's go girls!" Jamica said and they all flipped their hairs and ran to the bathroom. I'm sure they are gonna be putting on Lipgloss.
"Yaay!" Krystal said. "We beat them!" Ma. Justin said. Then we did high fives and walked to Lovelynn and Abigail. "Hey guys. You don't have to be sad anymore. We're right by your side." Romyne said. "Thanks guys." Abigail said. "No problem, we were just trying to protect you." Keziah said and smiled. "And remember, if they ever hurt you, we'll be here." Kryssa said. "Thanks guys." Lovelynn said. "Your welcome." Lyzen said. Then we did a group hug and laughed.
When our teacher arrived, we went back to our lines and went inside our classroom. When it was Recess we saw the mean girls looking at us. They must have been pretty angry at us earlier but we're angry at them too. Then, we saw Sheinia smirk and they started whispering to eachother like they're gonna do something. "Guys, something's up." I said. "What is it?" Lyzen asked. "I think the mean girls are up to something." I replied. "You're not the only one seeing it." Aundrea said. "I think they have a plan, i've been watching them." she said. "Yeah." I said. "Before you think about anything, they are going to insult us. Obviously. I'm sure we can handle them." Romyne said. "Yeah, you're right." Lexie said. "We'll be ready." Kryssa said and she mischievously smiled, we all did.
When we're working together, we'll be ready for anything, without even planning it.
