Dares.

I could hear the twins' voices flooding my ears, making me stir awake. I tilted my head and saw Gray in the pool beside me, dragging me towards the edge where Ethan was standing. 

The sun was setting and the sky was a beautiful golden colour, transitioning to pink.

"Finally! It took literally 5 minutes to get you awake, I was so tempted to tip you in the pool."

"You wouldn't dare." I joked at him, messing with my curly hair as I sat up.

"You're so foolish." Grayson chuckled, just before flipping me in. 

I screamed flailing my hands in the air before splashing in.

"You dick!" 

"You love me really." 

"Just about!"

"Psh come here and say that to my face."

"Nah, I think I'm going to get out and be with Ethan, he would treat me better anyway!"

I could see his face flinch lightly, jealousy curdling over the joking phrase. He still was sensitive about the whole Ethan and me thing, which could be shown easily.

I swum to the edge and got out of the pool. Standing up, I ran up to Ethan, over dramatising everything.

"Oh Ethan, Ethan! Love meeeeeee" I flung myself on him, making him cringe.

"Stoooopppppppppp" Ethan groaned, playing along.

"Gimme a kissssss!" I puckered my lips in a goofy smooch, moving towards him.

He pulled back, making a gross face.

"Back off woman! I'm too perfect for you, get your hands off of me!" He played along, acting like a superior King.

"Never!" I giggled, moving to his back and jumping on him. 

He ran around with me in a piggy back, making me tighten my grip on him so he didn't drop me.

After lapping the area twice, he piped up.

"Fine! If you're not going to listen, I guess this is what you get!!" 

He dropped me down and grabbed me before I could run, picking me up around my chest.  My legs flailed as he ran up to pool, shrieking in giddiness.

"E stop!!! I'm sorry okay I'm SORRY YOU'RE TOO GORGEOUS YOU'RE FAB YOU'RE PERFE-" 

Before I could finish, he flung me into the pool.

"ETHANNNNNN!!!"

I splashed, submerging in water.

As I rose to the top, the feelings hit me.

Waterfall.

Cliff Jumping.

Easiness. 

Happiness.

I.

Love.

You.

I froze, all I could hear was my intense breathing. My eyes were locked on Ethan and my focus fell on him. He had stopped too, staring at me intently. He could feel it too. He had lied. He still loved me.

But one thing triggered me back into reality.

I saw Grayson climb out of the pool, walking into the villa.

Ethan had turned too, but didn't move.

I took action, swimming quickly to the edge and climbing out. I began to run after to him until I passed Ethan. He grabbed my arm, preventing me to carry on.
