This may be a spoiler to anyone who hasn't seen season four episode three but this is going to be a lil added scene from when the bomb blows up in 221B.

John's POV

"Three" Sherlock yells, that's the cue. The cue for us three (well four if you count Mrs H) to get out of 221B as fast as possible. Sherlock and I took a window each as Mycroft ran down the stairs to get Mrs H out too. As the bomb blows, I feel it on my back, pushing me out of the window before giving me a chance to break it. I know then, survival may not be an option for me.

Sherlock's POV

As I smash the window and jump I hear the bomb blowing just behind me but I also hear a cry. John. I see him fall through the air and smash down into the floor. I also see Mycroft and Mrs H just about escape from 221B. I run to him, my back burns from the bomb but I couldn't care less right now, I needed to know that John was okay and by the looks of it, he wasn't. His face was pale but covered in blackness at the same time, his eyes were closed, clothes ripped and hair a mess. It wasn't a pretty sight. I check for any deep wounds and to see if he's breathing. Luckily, he was. I try to wake him but nothing is happening. In the background I hear Mycroft trying to calm Mrs Hudson and other pedestrians crowding around to see what's happened. "Ambulance!" I yell. I can't get a sentence out, I'm scared that I'll break into tears. I need my John. "Somebody call a bloody ambulance!" I yell again, slightly more frustrated. I change my position on the ground so I'm sitting cross legged next to John holding his hand, reassuring him that everything was going to be okay. I've got multiple cuts on my lower body from the broken glass that surrounds John and other areas too.
Finally, I hear ambulances rushing to get to John. They park and get the beds out ready to put him in but I beat them too it. I pick him up, still reassuring him and put him on the bed, rushing him into the ambulance then to take him to the hospital. I can't loose him. Not my John.
