I'm really triggered rn so just bear with me for a moment
so this girl I met at school a few months ago in newspaper told me she was an army
and I was like ok me too
she wanted to write an article with me so I said sure
I've kinda been sensing that she's a new fan since she only knows the MV songs
I didn't really care tho, as long as she was an army it was fine with me, whether she was new or not
ok here comes the part that made me mad
so today at newspaper, we pretty much had a free period since we finished our article
So she started scrolling through her ig, and she sees this group pic of bts
She said, and I quote
"V is so cute, and RM is handsome, but ew, it's Hoseok."
(I was gonna use a reaction pic but this is serious)
Maybe you don't find Hoseok to be attractive, but don't say ew. Please don't, because he's way too hardworking and he deserves a lot better.
I'm really confused about how someone can call themselves an army but not love all of the members equally. I get that you can have your bias (trust me, I'm a loyal yoongi stan), but you can't hate any of the members. Well you can, but in that case, you wouldn't be an army.
Hoseok gets so much hate for his looks (which I don't get cuz he's a whole dinner), but he continues to be the moodmaker of BTS. He's always cheerful. Seeing him cry is so rare, more rare than JK posting on twt. And when he does cry, it's usually tears of joy.
I'd hate for him to start crying tears of pain and sadness because of so called army's who don't accept him for something as trivial as looks.
When this girl said ew, I actually gasped and told her never to say something like that again. Then I explained to her everything I just said (in a nicer way), and she apologized, which is good.
But please remember to love all of the members equally no matter what, because they deserve no less.
