Lady bug and Cat noir; finally.

Chapter 2; Marinette

Lady bug lands in an alley, looks around and goes in a corner.
"Untransform!"
With one word, her mask is removed and her Keanu comes out, exhausted.
"Man, All that melting ice cream made me hungry!"
Marinette giggles and takes out spare candies from her pocket.
"Here. These will have to do for now. I have to go study with Alya!"
She starts running out of the alley and bumps into Cat noir.
"Oh! Hi cat noir! What's going on?"
Cat noir looks around.
"You didnt happen to see Lady bug around here, Did You? I need to tell her something quick!"

Marinette gulps.
"Ummm no sorry haha I haven't seen her! Sorry! I have to go. I hope everything's okay! Bye!"
She runs before Cat noir has a chance to speak up.
What is he doing? He knows I has to transform back! What is he planning?
She thought.
Oh well. I have to go see Alya!
She feels Tikki eating in her pocket, and she runs like the wind.

"There you are!"
Alya grabs Marinette by the arm and drags her up to her room.
"Uhh yeah sorry I'm late haha I lost a shoe and then you know, I had to find it. I keep losing stuff!"
Marinette blushes. She knows she's always been a terrible liar, but her friend just doesn't seem to notice.
"You ready for geography quizzing?"
Alya asks, enthusiastically waving queue cards.
"Uhh sure. You start?"

A few hours later, Alya yawns.
"Okay I think we've done enough. Ouuu, I know! Want to see a piece I've been working on for my blog?"
Marinette smiles.
"Of course!"
Alya gets up real fast and runs to her desk. She comes back with her laptop, sits down and props it up onto her lap.

"We all know about Cat Noir's affection for Lady bug, Right?"
Marinette rolls her eyes.
"Of course. What about it?"
Alya smirks.
"Well, I've been going through everything I have, trying to trace every single thing he's done or said that shows how much he feels for her. Just a fluff piece, really. But it makes me feel warm and fuzzy when I read it. Look! Cat noir has time and time again saved lady bug's from countless attacks! Remember that clock girl that drew energy from people to go back in time? He got in the way to protect her and almost disappeared in the process!
Not to mention the dark Cupid arrow, and the photographer! Man I wish someone would show me that type of devotion."
Marinette laughs nervously.
"I think they're just partners. You do remember a lot though."
Alya rolls her eyes.
"Of course I do, that's why my blog is so successful! I'm their number one fan, no matter what Chloe Bourgeois says."
Marinette laughs.
"Now I do believe that."
Alya looks up at Marinette, her eyes light up.
"Speaking of believing, I do believe you've been crazy for Adrien nearly three years now. Don't you think it's time to come clean?"
Alya pokes Marinette's side with her elbow.
Marinette gasps.
"Are You Crazy?? I can barely get a sentence out because everything goes haywire. I can't even write a letter without forgetting to sign it I'm so messed up! Maybe I should just give up, get a cat, grow old and die alone."
Marinette desperately tried not to laugh at the irony of that.
Alya rolls her eyes.
"I still think you should tell him. Adrien is a boy. Boys are completely oblivious! You know what? Maybe you should write him a letter and then hand deliver it yourself to him. That way he'll know it's from you, and you won't be able to mess it up!"
Alya gets up, her eyes bright with purpose. She grabs a paper and a pen.
"Here! Get to it!"
Marinette blinks.
"Are you sure? I don't know... What would I even write?"
Alya snorts.
"The truth, silly!"
Marinette frowns.
"Okay. I'll write it tonight. It's getting late, and I want to keep my head clear."
She gets up and gies to leave.
"I'll see you tomorrow!"
