Nana's POV:
A couple of hours after Garroth and I went shopping, Zane came and knocked on my hotel door. As soon as I opened the door I gave him a bone crunching hug that told him that I missed him so much and that I was extremely happy that he was finally here.
Zane: I've missed you so much Nana!
Nana: Yeah I've missed you too, as you might've already noticed by that hug.
Zane (laughs): You haven't changed a bit, and that's one thing that I love about you.
Nana: Aw thanks.
Nana's POV:
I then leaned closer to him and pulled him in for a deep kiss. While doing this I was trying to think up a way on how I should start off telling my secret to him.
Maybe I should start it off like...
While thinking I got interrupted by Zane.
Zane: So what has happened since I was away?
Nana: N-nothing m-uch.
Zane- Ok Nana what's going on?? I know you and you never stutter. You are a confident person who always says what's on her mind.
Nana's POV:
While hearing these words, I knew that I couldn't hold it in any longer.
Nana: IM PREGNANT!!!!
Zane: WHAT?! WHOSE IS IT??!
Nana: It's ours.
Zane: WHAT?? NO IT CANT BE!! HOW COULD IT BE OURS WHEN I WAS ALWAYS AT WAR AND I NEVER CAME HOME??
Nana: You weren't always at war. Remember you came home one night to surprise me and then it happened.
Zane: Oh yeah... But I just don't think that we are ready to be parents.
Nana: At least our child will have a strong and healthy father that has survived the war.
Zane: Ok I will help you raise our child.
Garroths POV:
I heard the whole thing. Well it's kind of hard not to when all of the doors in the hotel are destroyed. I can't believe that I'm going to be another uncle very soon!!!
Well if we are all going to be saying our secrets, then what's the harm of telling them mine.
(Garroth goes into the room where Nana and Zane were having their conversation.)
Zane: Garroth, did you know about this??
Garroth: I only heard about it when you heard about it.
Nana: I was just trying to tell this information to you first, Zane. And boy was it hard work keeping my mouth shut.
Garroth: Guys while we are talking about our secrets, can I tell you mine??
Zane: Yeah sure.
Nana: Go ahead.
Garroth: Ok here we go. Guys... I am already an uncle!!
Zane: Wait. I'm pretty sure you meant that you are going to be an uncle. Right?
Garroth: Nope. Zane, you and I are the uncles of Vylad's kid. And Nana this is the reason why I was late to pick you up to go to Starlight, because I was babysitting Vylad's child named Renee.
Garroths POV:
Zane looked at me with the most shocked face ever. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable, but he deserved to know the truth. It might take him a while to get used to it.
Zane's POV:
How come I never knew that Vylad had a child and that I was an uncle?? Why would he keep this a secret from me? I mean I know that I was mean to him when we were little, but I have changed. I can feel love now.
Zane: Why didn't Vylad tell me that he had a family??
Garroth: He told me that with you going to war and everything, if you didn't come back he didn't want you to lose another person that you loved.
Zane: Oh ok. But will I be able to see his kid someday??
Garroth: Of course!! You would love her! She's so cute.
Zane: Ok so anymore secrets you guys want to get out of the way??
Nana: There's no secret that comes of the top of my head. Except... I'm sorry to say this Zane but I'm cheating on you..
Zane (faints)
Nana: Ok maybe that joke went a bit too far...
Garroth: You think?
