"Mommy, I really want to go home!" nababagot na sabi ko kay Mommy habang busy siyang nagbabalat ng apple dito sa may tabi ko
"I'm bored!"
"I want to go home!" sabi ko ulit pero hindi pa rin siya sumasagot at ngumiti lang
"I've been here for weeks already! I'm bored! I want to go home" naiinip na sabi ko kay Mommy
"Should I call your friends so you will not be bored?" sabi naman niya kaya ngumisi lang ako
"As if they can come! Did you forget that today is Monday, which means they're already in class?" sagot ko kaya tumawa lang siya sabay abot sakin nung fork kung saan naka tusok yung apple na binalatan niya
I really really want to go home!
I hate staying in this place!!
I really really hate hospitals!!
Well, there is a big reason why I don't really like staying here in the hospital!!
And because of that reason, my parents talked to me last night and told me that I needed to be honest with Angelo. They said that he needs to know everything about me since we are getting married.

"Why?" tanong niya sakin habang naka tingin pa rin dun sa may TV
"Did he called?" curious na tanong ko sa kanya pero umiling lang siya tsaka siya humarap sakin
"I think it's been 2 months since the last time he called" sagot niya kaya inilipag ko lang dun sa may table yung hawak kong fork
"Really!" disappointed na sagot ko nalang tapos ngumiti lang siya
"Do you want me to call him and inform him about that thing?" tanong niya sakin
"About what?" tanong ko naman
"About the upcoming engagement party and most especially your wedding, after all, he is someone who is important to you" sabi niya sakin pero umiling lang ako
"No!"
"Don't tell him!"
"For sure, he will be disappointed at me when he finds out" sagot ko nalang

Talagang pinanindigan niya yung hindi pag tawag sakin! Porket sinabi ko na wag niya na akong tawagan at talagang tinotoo nga niya.
Wag talaga siyang magtatangkang magpakita sakin at talagang lagot talaga siya sakin.
Siguro na curious kayo kung sino yung pinag uusapan namin ni Mommy??
Well, we are talking about my childhood best friend, and his name is Karl Joshua Garcia, but we call him Joshua. Yes, I said that Jessica is my first friend or first best friend, and that is true because she is my first girl best friend. Because, as far as I know, a girl best friend is different from a boy best friend.
He is my childhood friend in Cavite. When I move to the province, that's when I'm very scared to go out of the house, and the worst part is that I'm scared to see other people, especially those kids who are the same age as I am.
The truth is, the main reason why I chose to move to Cavite is because there's only a few people in the hacienda since it's a farm and only the workers are there.
But there is this one day when one of Mamu's friends came to pay us a visit in the hacienda, and that friend of hers is the grandmother of Joshua.
That is the first time I saw him, and as usual, I tried my best to hide from them because I was so scared of meeting other people, especially those at the same age as me, but then Mamu talked to him and asked him to make friends with me, and that's the time he starts following me whenever I go, and he kept on talking to me even though I'm not responding to everything he's saying. He kept on coming to our house even if he's alone, and no matter how many times I ignore him, he still doesn't give up because he really wants me to overcome my fear.
