Thank You

You held me tenderly in your arms,
Made me overcome my fears,
Drying up my overflowing tears.
You opened up my barred windows and doors.

The next morning you were gone.
I searched for you high and low,
I didn't find you, but found your gravestone.
Of course, I cried but, tears won't bring you back.

What I regret the most,
Not telling you, two important words.
What I am mad at the most,
Your departure without saying goodbye.
What I don't regret the most, are the walls you broke down.
So, Thank You, my dearest.
