Akatsuki's Little Monsters

Chapter One

                  Pein pov

Once again we had been given a tip on where Orochimaru's most recent base is located, and once again we can't find it. "Come on Pein, it's going to be dark soon." I looked over to see, Konan standing beside me, I know she's right but I don't want to give up that easy. I looked around, we were in a field only 3 miles from the base. Just then a group of kids busted out of the nearby Forest, they seemed panicked. I moved a bit closer, then I saw one of them looked like me. As I looked closer at all of them I noticed that I was looking at a little Akatsuki, a very frantic little Akatsuki. "Hey Doku anyone following us?" A tall boy with silver hair turned to face another boy, the silver haired boy had what looked to be a small kid on his back. Another boy who resembled Zetsu looked around, I guess he is Doku. "No, we lost them."

                      Risai Pov

I sighed, today has been a long day. "Let's keep moving, we need to find a safe place for the night." I look to Tatsumi, he had Bara on his back. She needs more rest than any of us, especially after tonight. It took a few hours but we found a cave, Soyokaze started a fire to keep everyone warm. "Where are we?" I looked away from the fire to see Bara awake, I honestly expected her to sleep through the night. "We are far away from him." I watched her stretch, she was small for 10 years old. "Where will we go after this Risai?" She gave me an innocent look, her and Hato were the babies of our group. I couldn't help but chuckle, she was pretty adorable. "I don't know, maybe we can find a small town to live in." I couldn't tell her that there was a chance he would still find us, it was easier to try and think around it. "You can come out now you know, I know you're watching us." I glanced over to Soyokaze then a group of people jumped out of some trees infront of the cave. Before I knew it we were all on our feet, Bara was behind us with Hato and Surume. "Who are you?" I reached back, grasping the hilt of my blade. I watched as the group stepped further into the cave, I recognized the cloaks but what surprised me the most was that they looked like us. "Calm down, we aren't here to hurt you." I looked over at the blue-haired woman, I wasn't really sure how to feel. "You guys are the Akatsuki, you honestly expect me to believe you?"

                     Konan Pov

The boy had a point, but we truly weren't here to hurt them. "We just want to talk, I promise no one will hurt you." I looked at them, these were just kids. I watched a little girl step out from behind the orange haired boy with the large blade, she wore a mask strangely enough. "How do we know you aren't lying?" I smiled some, taking a few steps forward I took off my cloak. "You're cold right? I'll let you wear my cloak, we will take you to our home. Then we can all talk while I make dinner okay?" I watch the little girl look back at the orange haired boy, his eye twitched a bit before he sighed. "Okay, we will come with you." I smiled and put my cloak over the little girl, she grabbed the hand of this tall boy with silver hair. Tonight was going to get interesting.

                     Tsuki Pov

I walked behind Risai, I'm not really sure how to feel about this but Bara is a good judge of character. Their home was a half hour walk from where we were, it was still a relief when we got there. We all gathered in the living room like area, I looked over to Risai to see what he was going to do. "I suppose we should start with introductions," Risai stepped forward, his arms crossed behind his back. "I am Risai, I'm 16 years old. My partner is Tsuki and like a wolf, I lead this pack." He stepped away to the side, I stepped forward and gave a friendly smile. "I am Tsuki, I'm 15 years old. As you heard my partner is Risai and I'm like the babysitter the group." I followed Risai's lead and stepped off to the side, Soyokaze stepped up there next. "I am Soyokaze Uchiha, I'm 14 years old. My partner is Surume... If you touch my family I'll have to end your life." I chuckled as he walked over to Risai and I, he laughed a bit as he did.
