It was cold. Freezing. Snow was blowing everywhere. I really should've reconsidered wearing a short sleeve shirt up here. I had been walking for hours. Battles around every corner as I moved up Mount Lanakila. I had finally reached the summit of the tallest mountain in all of Alola. I took a quick break at the PokeCenter to heal up my party, and rest them before the big battles that were up ahead. While everyone was resting I also checked out the newest addition to my team. Necrozma. After I defeated it in the Ultra Megalopolis, it fled back to Alola in pain. I found it in a crater in Mount Lanakila and shared some of the light from my Z-Ring. It seemed delighted to have some light and initiated a battle with me. After a decently long fight I captured it, and added it too my team so it could experience the wonders of Alola first hand.

I walked up the stairs to the Pokemon League of Alola. As I approached the top of the stairs I saw Professor Kukui. How that man manages to go without a shirt up on a place as cold as Mount Lanakila, I'll never be able to understand

"Hey there, Sola! Woo, you've come a long way!" he exclaimed as I neared him. "You've made it through all the trials and grand trials that make up the island challenge! Congratulations!". Of course, I had to reply with a question that had been stuck on my mind since I first saw him up here. "Aren't you cold?" I enquired. "Naw, I'm fine! My soul burns hot, yeah-hotter than a Blast Burn even!" he replied full heartedly. I let out a slight giggle before turning my attention back to the Pokemon League.

"Well, cousin-just one thing left for you to do-take on the Pokemon League! This is where the real fun starts!"

"Mount Lanakila is where we've always finished up the island challenge. We built our Pokemon League right up here, as high into the heavens as we could get...to show our respect for our Legendary Pokemon and to honor it.". He turned around towards the Pokemon League and closed his eyes. "I still remember it like it was yesterday! I went all the way to Indigo Plateau, yeah, right to the Pokemon League headquarters...and I went right at them, cousin! Those Gym leaders in Kanto really messed my team and me up...but then I saw my team battling for me through it all, pouring their souls into their moves for me.". He brought his left arm up and rested his right arm on it while putting his chin on his right hand in a thinking position. "And then that last guy, that Dragon user in the cape...".

He seemed to remember something and turned back around to me. "Oh sorry! Enough about me-let's get you in there, yeah! But before you head in, make sure you're good and ready. You won't be able to come back out." He turned and walked into the Pokemon league. After he entered, Decidueye's pokeball started shaking wildly. Decidueye suddenly jumped out and faced me. We both stared each other straight in the eye, and nodded. Decidueye...my first partner in this adventure, the first pokemon I ever had. Oh how far I've come, and it's all thanks to all the wonderful pokemon I've had throughout my journey. I returned Decidueye to it's pokeball and entered the League.

Kukui stood in the middle of four paths, leading to four different rooms. "Four Trainers! Every Pokemon League in every region all over the world features four fantastic Trainers called the Elite Four. Here in Alola, too, we've got four Trainers all lined up for our Pokemon League. You'll win your way past every last one of them. You can't leave until you do...or until you give up."

"Sounds...tough..." I sighed nervously. Kukui shrugged. "What're you talking about? You're a great Trainer in your own right, plus you've got Necrozma on your side! I expect you to show me some intense moves and real heart-stopping battles in there! Good luck, Sola! Necrozma!"

Well here we go. My Elite Four Challenge started now. Now who to fight first. I decided to start with the room with a feather on it. I walked up to the doors and they slid open as I walked in. It was time for my final trial.
